The room very modern, comfortable, cosy bed...nice balkony, all the staff was great and friendly ,welcoming...couldnt make it better!

Very warm and welcoming people , 10-15 minute walk from the hotel is the Alekos Garden sandy beach, no rocks , with sunbeds and place for towels.

The hotel was perfectly located close to everything you need but also very quiet - The best thing was the staff everyone was happy to help and always smiling - the manager was great and the night manager was a real charming character.
Breakfast could be a bit better maybe some daily changes

Spacious room and clean
Antonio gave us a bottle of olive oil from his own harvest and water for the way back.
Hersonissos. Worst place in Crete. Not our type of holidays. We left earlier than planned and went back to the west of crete.

The location was great and the staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.
The beds were not very comfortable. The seemed harder than we were used to.

Good location. Everything necessary is nearby - beach, main street, old uphill villages. Room air conditioning in price. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Hotel is small and cosy. Rooms are cleaned every day (which in my opinion is not even needed). Rooms have decent balconies were you can sit and dry your swimware. Wifi has strong and stable signal. Good price quality ratio.
If you keep balcony door open during night the street and nightlife noise and mosquitos can get annoying. Breakfast variety could be better. Especially if you stay for longer period. There are not so many car parking places in front of hotel and on one side of the street parking is prohibited (you can get ticket for false parking!). You should use parking lot of grocery store nearby.

Good location by way of bars and beach front. Cleaned every day.
Bathroom too small. Lack of room amenities. eg no coffee facility in room.
