The building is freshly renovated, the room is very big, and you got everything you need in the little kitchen. Is located in a quiet place and its like 5 minutes to the beach by car. Highly recommend this place. The host is very friendly, and we got some recommendations on where we can go and what we can visit around.

The hostess was very kind to us. There was a Cretan night when we arrived, with a home-cooked meal for every guest who wanted to join. We received a bigger room than usual, which was very nice. The rooms looked perfectly clean, and since the apartments had been recently renovated it looked amazing. If we wanted breakfast, we could just tell the hostess what we liked and she would instantly make it for us. Any other questions we had about booking a taxi or anything else, the hostess provided us with information and was extremely helpful.

The stay at Eva's passed very quickly and pleasantly. The apartment as well as the whole place is sat in a very good Location. We have a view of the beautiful sea on one side and the mountains on the other. In addition, there are lovely beaches in the area, which you can reach in a 15 minutes. Ms. Eva is an amazing person and will help with any problem. I also recommend Eva's breakfasts, which are delicious. I will definitely come back to this place again.

The two bedroom apartment was spacious,
well-equipped and immaculate with a beautiful sea view.
We stayed as a family of five with three teenagers and had enough space due to the two bathrooms and two balconies. The pool area was a highlight: quiet and relaxed.
In terms of location, it is perfect if you want to be far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but near enough to walk there. We walked to both Anasarris (10 mins) and Hersonissos Port ( 30 mins) both are downhill and pleasant to walk to but a taxi is needed to return! Both resorts have numerous restaurants and Hersonissos is definitely a party location.
The highlight of the stay were the hosts Eva and Ari. This is a family run establishment and it is clear that this is a labour of love - they work tirelessly to ensure a comfortable stay for guests and take a genuine interest in everyone: they made our holiday!

The room feels like home just better. I stayed 2,5 weeks and it was perfect (even extended my stay because I didnt want to leave).
The view from the apartment was beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped and on windy days the pool was the perfect alternative to the beach.
Eva is so lovely, she takes care and helps where its possible.
Be aware that without a car you have to walk a lot of up/down hill which can get sweaty especially due to high temperature.
Thank you Eva, it wouldnt have been the same without you!

The hotel is lovely and clean. Its a nice smaller size hotel so it didnt feel busy and was able to relax by the pool with plenty of sun loungers, I was staying here on my own for a quiet getaway so this was ideal. The rooms are nice and modern and the beds are comfy. Eva is also lovely and always more than happy to help! The nearby beaches are beautiful, but I recommend getting there before midday if you want to find somewhere nice to plot up as they can get a little busy.
It was a bit of a walk to any shops/restaurants/beaches, would recommend maybe getting a car or quad to get around on. Its not overly far to walk and I did walk half the time, but something to keep in mind.

The vacation at Evalia Apt was incredibly nice! Everybody, especially Eva were so kind and lovely and did everything they could do to make it a very nice holiday! Everything is freshly renovated, beautiful and modern. The rooms are nice and also the pool was very good! The breakfast and diner was always very delicious! but most important was that everyone was really nice and helpful all the time!

It was our first hotel on our vacation in Crete and we have mixed feelings regarding our stay. The hosts are very nice and help a lot with everything. The pool and hotel outdoor area is very nice. Bed linens were good quality. The price is probably very good for that location
The room is very basic and doesn't have even soap in the bathroom. Both room and specially bathroom were small. The beds were not so comfortable. Strange management for air-conditioner usage in the room for additional cost is confusing. The food prices could be lower.

The property was very clean. the hosts keep it spotless . The pool, perfect temperature. views to the sea really make you feel on holiday. The breeze you get from being on the hill is welcome in the summer heat.
Nothing but be aware it is a 20 minute walk to the main road and 30 mins to the beach. There is some aircraft noise to. Also noise from crickets.

Evalia Apartments is more than a hotel - it is a warm and friendly atmosphere, a safe place where you long to be back. It is primarily because of its charming manager - Eva! I have already put my opinion of evalia apts on google, but I have to put here too because the hotel is wonderful !! The owners, Eva and Harry, are the most kind and friendly owners hotel on the Island !!! I Spend a lot of time to talking to Eva and the other people who are the guest in the hotel ! More, the Cretan party was crazy and everybody have fun every night, I recommande it at 100% ! ( The view from the rooftop was crazy too)

Very familiar. Always had time for questions. Gave wonderful tips, be it restaurants, excursions and much more. If I can I will come back.
The mattress was unfortunately worn out. But I was too shy to say something because otherwise everything was so good. Eva would certainly have helped if I had said something.
