The resort is very beautiful and well kept
2 great pools plus 2 other for small children
Large rooms with big balconies

The all inclusive food was better than expected
The beach is 1 min away. Although public, is very affordable (8 eur for 2 sunbeds + umbrella).
10 min walk to Analipsi center (15 with a kid)
2 supermarkets nearby and 1 on site
I suggest better cleaning of the rooms floors (to be also washed because they get dirty pretty easy)
The resort is on the landing corridor so it can can noisy late in the evening. There are many planes landing in Heraklion every day. But this is not the resort's fault

The staff was very helpful and positive. Location of the hotel is convenient - not too far away from Hersonissos also the airport is only 30 minutes away (with car). The food was delicious and every lunch and dinner - different menu. At the beginning of our visit we found a mini gift from the owner of the hotel in our room, which was a really lovely surprise. All in all, only the best recommendations for this hotel!
If I have to be picky, the only few things that need an improvement - shower draining system in the rooms and the taste of the cocktails.

The breakfast wa a really good, not many vegetarian options but plenty of meat food.
Not many vegetarian options, too much chlorine in the pool so it it really challenging to s Im without swimming goggles.

The resort is like a Greek village in a beautiful garden and the seawater pool is absolutely fabulous.
It would have been nice to have more Greek options for food and a grater variety of food, in general.

Very friendly staff, all-inclusive with a variety of food, two species swimming pools, free parking. Perfect hotel for families with small kids.
The hotel doesn't have its own beach but a public beach is nearby.

The food was delicious and there was a large selection of food. Clean and nice pools. Clean rooms and environment. Helpful staff.
There was a lot of grasshoppers in the trees whoose were very loud at night. :)

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms have good sound proofing. Both pools and venues are great. Air conditioning in restaurant is perfectly tuned (that was really nice, considering outside heat).Food choice in restaurant is quite wide, everything is tasty and well cooked - respect to the chef. I recommend this place.
