It needs an Al a carte restaurant. The all inclusive can get boring and repetitive. No choice of any other food. At least a pool side restaurant is required

Everything is clean and pretty, all inclusive package was amazing! Best food I’ve had in an all inclusive hotel, the cocktails were also very nice.
Our room had some malfunctions, probably because it was brand new and no one had found them yet. But we did, and the hotel staff not only fixed the issues but also compensated us with a meal at their chef’s restaurant, which was amazing!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms have good sound proofing. Both pools and venues are great. Air conditioning in restaurant is perfectly tuned (that was really nice, considering outside heat).Food choice in restaurant is quite wide, everything is tasty and well cooked - respect to the chef. I recommend this place.

We enjoyed the inclusive breakfast and dinner. The room was nice.The hotel was right across the road from a beach. As our reason for the trip was to explore Crete, we didn't hang around to enjoy the facilities during the day..
The attitudes of the other guests. They rushed up to fill their plates at meal time with no consideration for others. They placed towels on the pool chairs to save them for later that day. Me,me,me.

Well-sized hotel in a quiet area of Analipsi.
Stylish and modern front pool area with nice and very comfortable day beds. Bus stop (to Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos) right in front of the hotel. Supermarket in walking distance. For beach access you just need to cross the street. The whole resort was very clean. We had a refurbished and quiet room with a big rooftop terrace which we really enjoyed. Good value for money. Nice fruit and salad bar at the buffet. Staff at the pool bar and the restaurant (during dinner) were very friendly :)
All in all we had a great stay at Europa Beach hotel and would come back.
Just minor things I want to mention so that the hotel could maybe improve them:
Staff at checkin could have been more helpful (we had to find out ourselves about restaurants times and pool towel service,…).
Unfortunately no sunshades at all at the restaurant terrace, so it got really hot during breakfast and lunch time. No healthy options (e.g. fruit) during snack time (just crepes and cookies). Staff helps themselves at the buffet while there were still guests in the restaurant.

What a fantastic place, even at the end of the season when the staff are almost worn out and ready for a break they were still unbelievably helpful and friendly.
We arrived around 2pm and were greeted by a very friendly face who booked us in and took us to our room, although the room was a little dated it was very clean, spacious, cool and had a great private balcony. The newly refurbished pool area was great, although we did not spend much time sitting around the pool it had plenty of loungers and seating areas around including little islands within the pool area with bean bags and loungers where you could while away the hours in comfort.
The food was outstanding and there was always something to wet everyone's appetite whether it was traditional Greek or more Europeans tastes, there was also live entertainment in the evening around the pool bar Tuesday night was especially good with the South 3 Band, a trio who played a variety of covers.
We booked an excursion with the reception for one day but I got the times mixed up and missed the coach, the receptionist was very very understanding a booked us on another one the following day without any extra costs or loss to us, we even had a small refund which we tried to leave as a tip but it was politely declined.
Overall we could not recommend this place highly enough.
The only gripe I had was that the room was a little dated and there were Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room, but this did not detract from the quality of our stay.

Everything. Very nice welcoming, we received wine and some candies on arrival. There was plenty of food variety and everything was very tasty. Drinks were also very good. Pools were ammazing and sunbeds very comfortable. Very nice garden.
Rooms were a bit outdated, but we knew about that from hotel photos, however everything was functonal. Water is available at meals, however it was really poor quality, you could feel taste of chlorine.

Two nice pools, one with salt water, food was good, enough variety, clean and relatively empty beach only a minute away, cozy atmosphere, cute cats to play with that were neutered and fed well, very good wifi all around the resort
Separated beds, the hard liquor was not exactly our taste, egg dishes at breakfast felt a little cheap

Disappointing Stay: The Worst Hotel Experience I've Ever Had
Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
When we arrived, they tried to give us a room up 20 stairs, even though my mother had just had surgery. No elevator, and they didn’t mention this in the listing. The staff was rude, saying it was our problem!
The room was dirty, no blankets, no water heater, and basic amenities were **missing**. Even the corridors were dirty.
I asked for a blanket, they bring me a bed cover, not blanket!
To make things worse, the cleaning staff entered the room ****three times without knocking or asking permission****!
once while we was sleeping, once in the shower and once while getting dressed!
This was a major violation of privacy, leaving me extremely uncomfortable during my stay.
The staff has zero English . The only exception was George, who tried, but couldn't fix the mess.
I have videos as well ! I wish I can send it to someone to see !
I checked out early and went to another hotel.
I payed for a nightmare .
This place needs a **complete overhaul**—don't stay here!
