The room and the facilities of the resort were exceptionally clean, the team was very kind and helpful, and the top pool with the bar was amazing. And a bonus is that they know how to make good cocktails which is always nice to have ?

Even though we had a family tragedy and had to cut our stay short, the hotel refused to refund a partial/nominal payment.

The grounds and the food was superb.
The pools were icy cold in the moth of April . Couldn’t swim in them. Why don’t they heat the pools? I stayed at a different hotel a few days before and they were heated.

A wonderful place, a beautiful and well-maintained hotel with heated pools that were very comfortable even in October.
We travel a lot, but this was the first hotel where the staff operated at the highest level. Very caring and attentive. One for all and all for one. A highly cohesive team that the hotel can truly be proud of.
Great food and atmosphere. Definitely consider this hotel for your next trip!
