The amenities were plentiful, from multiple pools, to a gym, to a spa (not used, but its late in the season for this review).
*Would provide photos, but videos mostly taken of the resort.
The only thing worth mentioning is the lack of modern outlets that support USB-A/USB-C, but that can be remedied with appropriate adapters.

The bar and restaurant staff were amazing and couldnt have been friendlier but the reception staff were awful. We had such a bad experience checking in and it gave us such a negative first impression.

I loved the resort. It was super convenient with the kids, the rooms are generous in size and there's a cozy and safe feeling to walk around the resort and utilize the common areas. My kids felt comfortable to walk from our room to our friends' rooms and to the pool. The food was very good and varied, you can feel they put in a lot of effort. The staff was really nice and friendly. I really can't recommend it enough, We will definitely be back.
The split level rooms are in a secluded area of the resort but we wanted to be close to all our friends that booked one bedrooms. Thankfully the receptionist was able to find a solution to move us closer to our friends.

I will try to be realistic , I work in hospitality and I know what and how much means a review for a serious businessbeautiful resort, location, cleanliness, facilities, staff I would say 5 stars and I mean it, if you want a beautiful experience then this is what are you looking for ! But as everything in this world isnt perfectI called the resort to let them know we will be later than we expected , our flight been delayed and they been lovely arranging a airport transfer for us, we been expected even was late with a small cold buffet for dinner more than we expected; at check in the receptionist , a lovely , lovely lady Felicia had made the effort to speak with us in our native language, my wife doesnt speak English and Mrs. Felicia has been amazing , we been informed we received a upgraded room instead of room, private pool, inland view etc. , a room with private pool sea view etc. , we didnt plan on spending much time in resort we wanted to visit the island to see as much was possible from, now the let down part , the room was gorgeous , clean , bright but it was a weird smell of cleaning products and not sure what else so on our stay we kept the windows and terrace door open for fresh air otherwise we wouldnt be able to sleep there also sea view for us been actually street view and not much privacy ; on let down chapter we have got half board and if the breakfast was perfect on dinner I would say apart of cold buffet which was absolutely perfect almost everything what was hot ( stew, chicken, pork , etc)quite bland and taste less.

We loved our whole stay from the minute we got to the hotel, the girls at reception were lovely and made checking in very easy we were actually 2 hours early for check in but luckily our room was ready after a short wait while we had a welcome drink and filled in the paperwork. We were provided with an itinerary of trips that the hotel offered or would book for you which was a helpful touch. I booked us a room with a private pool which we definitely enjoyed we split our time between ours and the adults quiet pool, it was nice having the pools heated as the weather was a little hit and miss being near the end of season. The room was spacious and clean, we had a fridge which we stored drinks and snacks in Recommend the shop/bakery next door made for a delicious and cheap lunch when we didn't want to eat anything too big or venture far.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us the village is directly to the left There were enough bars, restaurants and little shops to keep us occupied for our evening meals ect as we just stuck with bed and breakfast at the hotel. You can also walk down into the town if you prefer but it's definitely a trek to come back up the hill we only ventured there one night as the village was plenty enough for me and my sister.
We want to thank the hotel staff for making our birthday special, they even brought us a cake made by their chefs which was a really nice touch!. I'm only sorry I didn't get the staff members names to mention them individually, the girls that worked breakfast everyday and remembered our drinks orders and would just grab us iced coffee, the new Zealand girl who was bartending at the adults pool bar and tailored drinks to us and gave recommendations for drinks, and generally just had a nice conversation and gab about life and again to your wonderful reception staff always smiling and helpful. Your staff are a total asset to the hotel and just made everything that little extra special.
The only negative for me was the pillows in the room weren't to my liking so made for a slightly uncomfortable sleep a few nights, bed itself was really comfy.
Oh and our private pool seemed to get hotter and hotter everyday to the point we thought there may be a slight malfunction with it cause by the last two days it was almost to hot/ uncomfortably so. But as previously mentioned we did also enjoy using the adults quiet pool occasionally.

The drinks on breakfast were not that good. the quality of coffee and orange juice can be much more better. Not much choices on fresh juice. only orange which was more chemical not fresh

The hotel is amazing! BEAUTIFUL! Its located in the most wonderful village of Koutouloufari, which I feel is a gem of a find!
The staff are amazing! Especially the staff on breakfast service and at the Clio Pool Bar. They make you feel so welcome and accommodated.
The food buffets on offer are fantastic, so much choice and delicious!
You feel like youre in your own hidden oasis, the hotel is modern, clean and just a lovely vibe!

the room service was amazing. the staff was amazing. the food as well. the location was great and we loved the village. it was really romantic village. we took a room with priavte pool and it definetly made our vaction better. we were there and used it a lot. it's amazing pool and gives great place of privacy.
