The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. There is a large team, and the service is excellent overall.
However, whenever we requested something that fell outside the hotel’s very strict policies, the staff didn’t seem to know how to handle it differently and chose not to be flexible. This was disappointing, as it ultimately affected the overall guest experience.
There are situations where a little flexibility can make a big difference. For example, we were celebrating a birthday and asked to sit at one of the tables at the far end of the breakfast area so we would disturb the other guests as little as possible. Our request was declined because “they don’t reserve tables.” While we understand the policy, this felt like an unnecessary example of rigidity that did not contribute to a warm or enjoyable atmosphere.
The hotel’s modern design may appeal to some guests, but it wasn’t to our taste. The dominant grey and black color palette felt too dark and didn’t capture the bright Mediterranean character we associate with Greece. We also found the room to be quite small.

Boutique hotel, with state of the art facilities. Rooms were super clean and top quality sheets, towels, robes, lovely bathroom gels and soaps. The layout of the place is perfect with a beautiful pool and spa then the ocean with fabulous umbrellas and lounge chairs at the beach directly across the street (10/20feet) from the hotel entrance. The food was delicious and very clean/light for the health continue. A large variety of options to choose from and the morning breakfast is fit for a queen! But the highlight was the staff, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. Also, they host a morning yoga class at 8:15am, it was my favorite part of the day. Positive vibes all day! This is my second stay at the hotel. A+
I have no complaints. Book early at the spa as it books up a day or two ahead of time.

Very private, cozy, perfect for couples, quiet, great location. Across the street is a beautiful church and a lovely sunset spot. And everything is walking distance. Rooms are amazing! Especially with private pool. Giorgos from Concierge was an absolute star and the girls from the Front Desk. We couldn't remember the name but also would like to praise the girl with short hair working at the pool bar. Very kind! Pool is absolutely the best we have experienced so far. Breakfast is to mention as well - fresh, a lot of variety and great quality of ingredients - service at the breakfast is very quick too. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, everything was good, breakfasts were exceptional. The staff is amazing and ready to assist you with everything.
The only thing we didn’t like is the beach and it applies to all of the hotels on this shoreline. The photos of the property show wide clean beach while in reality the hotel is located in the most touristic area, with a lot of cafes, narrow beach, crowded with water activities. The water is not clean at all with a lot of seaweed and the smell in this particular area was awful. If you are looking for the beach experience it is better to look for another area.

I liked the following aspects:
- staff: the staff was very attentive and friendly, making you feel welcome from the very start of your stay in the hotel to the very end. My personal highlight of the hotel.
- location: directly at the beach
- breakfast: selection had a lot of variety and was very good tasting. In particular I liked the dried fruits and greek yogurts as well as the fresh fruits. There was also a nice selection of various dips and toppings, both savoury and sweet.
- room: the room was reasonably comfortable and had all the relevant necessities. A coffee machine and a minifridge were available, both good additions
Overall, the following aspects could use some improvement:
- gym opening hours: the gym opens only at 9am - but breakfast ends around 10:30am. This makes it really difficult to get in a decent workout before breakfast
- dinner buffet: food at the dinner buffet felt a bit bland at times. I understand that it was prepared to satisfy a large variety of guests. However, the available main courses tasted generic and uninspired. Dessert options were plentiful, and particularly traditional greek desserts very excellent

Nice rooms and facilities.
We had issue with the jaccuzi and hot water. It didnt work for 2 days !! The staff kept lying to us. The general manager gave us very stupid excuse that its seasonal problem woith electricity in the Island… altough our friends didnt have such problem in the second room.They refused to compensate us or change the room! Only during checkout they refunded us with a very small amount of 200€ out of 1800€ ! We paid extra money for room with jaccuizi which we couldnt use plus no hot water and they sent us to have a bath somewhere in general bathrooms…. Very disappointing!!!

I liked everything, seriously, from the staff people such as madrin and the receptionis girls, to the pool , bar , food the room with the private pool. I enjoyed every moment there and I would definitely come back next summer. My favorite place. Thanks for having us!

Everything about this hotel is top level. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The facilities are top notch, the room was very well furbished, comfortable and cozy. The restaurant is amazing and I definitely recommend dining there. The staff was so kind to offer us 2 cakes free of charge to celebrate our birthdays. This hotel is not just a facility, it's an experience.

The room we had, had no sound insulation at all. We could hear everything what the next room was talking about.
Some small leakage caused water dropping down in the middle of the sunbed.

The construction works during the touristics season. We rented the most expensive suite at euro 800 a night for a week to share with the family -- except that management "forgot" to mention that there was a construction site belonging to the hotel just in front of the "private" swimming pool and the suite. A bit of a trap as it was paid in advance. Meant early wake-ups and bangs all around a supposedly quiet area. We were eventually moved, but were split - not a pleasant experience. Generally, the place is noisy, occasional DJ and permanent, unnecessary loud play list around the swimming pool. Ok if one likes it, less ok if one comes for a relaxing, nice and quiet holiday.

Very nice property. Staff is 10/10. Breakfast buffet is incredible.Pool area is gorgeous. Food in the restaurant is excellent. Rooms comfortable and well appointed but on the small side. Nice fluffy robes and slippers. Daily bottle of water was much appreciated.
On the downside, it's LOUD. Groundskeeping starts very early. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbor's tv and conversations, floors are thin too and you can experience the stomping above you. Our coffee maker did not work and this was not fixed. The shower doors did not stop the water and flooded the bathroom every time and we had to use towels to get the water off the floor. Finally, we were unable to use the personal pool, it was absolutely freezing. They stop heating the personal pools May 15.
