Amazing, helpful staff and super welcoming. The room was tidy, clean and the fridge was filled with fruits and drinks. The bed was soft and slept like a baby.

Very friendly staff/owner and apartment is like described and how it looks in photos.Very clean and soundproof. All appliances work. There is also real safe box in the room. Very nice bathroom.

- location: a few steps away from the main street, and only a few more to the beach
- room: big room and really nice and comfortable balcony (with a drying rack which really comes in handy), towels and linen changed every other day
- staff: really nice and accommodating
- next to the entrance there’s beach umbrellas, balls and similar stuff available for anyone to take and use for the day
- breakfast/dinner: buffet-style at the Central Hersonissos hotel across the street; plenty of options and the food is okay
Raki, fruit and water were waiting for us in the fridge which was really nice.
We really enjoyed our stay at Diamond Apartments & Suites, and we have absolutely nothing bad to say, everything was great!
The bathroom is a bit small but it wasn’t a problem really. It would be nice if the wardrobe was a bit bigger too.
Some suggestions: include clothespins on the drying rack (you can buy big ones at every market for 1-2€, but it would be nice not to have to think about it) and put dish detergent next to the sink if you are already including a sponge.

Eveything was great. Beach is near (2 minutes walk), staff is friendly, room was clean and sheets were changed twice during our week's stay. We recommend this place :)

Very nice hotel with very nice and friendly hosts. I was very satisfied and the contact was just great, they were always available via chat or phone and helpful. The location was perfect, the bus stop and the shops were just down the street and one street further were all the restaurants, bars and the beach, it couldn't be better. The price-performance ratio is great. If you fly back in the evening you have the option of leaving your things in the hotel and maybe spending another day on the beach and showering in the hotel and then you can go to the airport whenever you want. I can highly recommend it and give a big compliment to the whole team. I'd love to come back!

The location was brilliant. The manager was very welcoming, we even had water and some fruit in our room on arrival. Checked in early. Spotlessly clean room, very bright. Lovely big bathroom with a great shower.
