The resort design is very nice like a greek village.
has many restaurants and some serves a very high quality food and chef dishes.
the food arcades are amazing especially the salad bar.
Has many entertaining especially for kids.
The resort always clean.
There are several pools and the beach is very big area.
The property is so big so the places are far from each others and the food arcades are distribution over the resort so if you are in the main bool and you want to have ban cakes or pizza you need to walk several minutes to reach them and people who hang there also need to walk a lot to reach the salad/fruit arcade.

What I liked least:
Adults-Only Enforcement: It was frustrating to see ball games allowed in the adults-only pool area. Furthermore, children under 16 were seen walking around the adults' zone wearing adult wristbands without staff checking or addressing the issue.
Smoking Policies: Smoking is currently permitted around the pool areas, which significantly detracts from the relaxing atmosphere and air quality for non-smokers.
Adults-Only Bar Offerings: The bar in the adults-only section is extremely sparse. It lacks basic options like ice cream, sweets, smoothies, or pastries. In a large resort, guests should not have to walk long distances or hunt across the property just to get a simple snack or treat.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Commendable Housekeeping service, variety and quality of food was very good. Overall, really enjoyed the facilities and overall service of the team in all areas of the resort.

Pools variety, some of the restaurants were good.
Good drinks availability.

Staff tried to be accommodating.
Water park pools were very cold and uncomfortable.
Between 2:30 and 6:30 there was only one remote place in the resort to get kids appropriate food.
Restaurant reservation system is fussy, you need to keep chasing it.
Rooms were not properly cleaned during the day.

In general beautiful location, great food, nice staff.
A branch of heavy tree fell on hotel guest, although the staff reacted quite fast and Abulance arrived after 10 min , the old man could have died, just by some miracle the old man had only severe injury in his head and did not died. All the situation was very traumatic.

The resort is beautiful, the staff is warm and friendly, there were endless activities (even after a 4 night stay we barely scratched the surface) and always a quiet corner to find and relax. The house cocktails were excellent. We stayed in the exclusive adult only section and enjoyed the quiet.
The one comment I would make is to allow people to book their dinners prior to arrival or reserve a few spots for new check-ins. Because dinner reservations open at 8:00 am for the next day, practically when you arrive there are no reservations available for the same day or the next day. The regular buffet is fine, but we were limited in our dinner choices.

The resort is huge and beautifully designed, almost like a charming little Greek village. There are many swimming pools and plenty of areas to enjoy, so it never feels crowded. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A wonderful place for a family vacation.
The resort is very large, so getting from one area to another can sometimes involve quite a bit of walking. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

I came with my mother in law and my daughter. The reception guy upgraded us to the nicest room in the hotel (room 730) and thanks to him we had an experience above our expectations!
It's been few years we're loyal guests in your hotel and we're so satisfied every time!
We found there was a line to get into breakfast, but once we were in, we found many free tables and couldn't see a reason we had to wait and be seated.

Actually everything- it was clean and beautiful, very comfortable, tasty, good cocktails and the staff were really friendly and welcoming! Special big thank you to Alexandro!
Additionally, the place was not crowded, though we stayed there at August.
It was problematic to order a place at the restaurants, and in one of them it took very long to receive an ordered dinner, more than 1.5 hour.
Maybe more variety at water park will be good.
