Very Poor
There were a couple sandwiches in the fridge and a complimentary bottle of wine when we got there. The hotel was also very pretty and the nearby beach was very nice. We had dinner at the Olive Tree during our stay as well and the food and drinks were fantastic (although it is an outdoor restaurant and the amount of nats we killed on the table was ridiculous. Really wish theyd have something to try to minimize that at least). Also the wifi worked well
Our first night there it was evident other people had used our private pool and lounge chairs. The two lounge chairs were soaked and one of them was broken. The next morning, we walked to the reception desk and reported the broken lounge chair to the two women working there and they definitely understood what we were saying. The following evening the chair was still broken (our stay was also only 4 nights so it was fairly annoying it hadnt been fixed yet) so I called reception and informed her I had reported the issue yesterday and she literally asked me why I hadn't told her sooner and said that the ladies at the front desk mightve not understood. That genuinely pissed me off as I had a conversation with the two previous women about it- they absolutely understood & as I stated multiple times, I DID report the problem sooner. The private pool was also disgusting so we never used it. It was obviously not cleaned out or brushed before we got there and there were a ton of (both dead and alive) bugs floating in it. Despite being at a beach hotel, the staff also rarely swept our room when they came in to clean so we had to wear slippers around the room to avoid getting sand on the bed. We also bought a white widow preroll at the local mini market and were saving the half we didn't finish in the ash tray by the patio door and either the cleaning ladies or the technician who came in to fix our shower took the preroll and we're fairly certain they smoked it in the bathroom because there was ash all over the tub when we got back (for the record, we only smoked on the patio outside). They have 2 al a carte restaurant but you can only eat at each one once and the only one of them that was available was the Olive Tree so we didnt even get to use much of the "all inclusive" aspect of the hotel since we avoid buffets for health and safety reasons.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were wonderful. The variety and quality of the food was amazing. And the chef was amazing. He took care of everyone and helped them find their favorite food and he was alyaws smiling...
the Hotel had the best all inclusive that we had ever experienced!
The disco team was fantastic and had lots of fun activities for the kids.
The hotel had an entertaining show every night. Dancing, disco, synchronized swimming show and many more.
The hotel had direct access to the beach. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They upgraded our room to a double room at no extra charge. Very kind staff!
The wifi speed was not good!!! I had to work for a few days and had problems with the speed and stability of the wifi. The sauna was not hot enough. But overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Wonderful
The food was brilliant. Every day the main menu was different thanks to the chef and the restaurant team. They were so kind to prepare a table for my son's birthday with our requested cake.
The entertainment team was great. Kids loved them. They had nice programs for kids almost every day. Also, games and entertainment for adults.
We were offered a room which compares to our original reservation was an upgrade.
In general, very nice and pleasant stay. Highly recommend.
The poom of spa could be a bit warmer. The pool was heated compared to outside pool. However still looked cold.

1- Very kind and friendly staff
2- Good food with a wide variety
3-Very family-like atmosphere throughout the hotel and among the guests
1- The internet was very slow and mostly disconnected. There was no internet at all on the beach, even though we could see the networks of the neighboring hotels on our devices.
2- The hotel was a bit far from public transport. However, I would not recommend using public transport on this island anyway, especially for routes away from the main areas.
3- The shower water kept alternating between hot and cold every 2–3 minutes, which was quite uncomfortable while showering.
4- The drinking water in the hotel restaurant was of very poor quality and tasted bad, especially during the last two days.
5- The coffee was of low quality and not freshly brewed.

Friendly & helpful staff .
We felt really welcomed.
Excellent location - Beachfront.
The buffet offers plenty of food choices.
The unlimited drinks.
There are only a few sunbeds on the beach, & many people ( guests ) put their blue towels on them even though they are not present.
The bathroom, the area to the pool & the rest of the room weren't very clean.

We recently stayed at the hotel and had a fantastic time overall.
Pros:
Incredible Chef: The standout of our trip was the chef. Not only was he incredibly talented, but he was also warm, welcoming, and multilingual. He went out of his way to accommodate special dietary needs, preparing delicious gluten-free meals with care and creativity.
Excellent Food: Across the board, the food was consistently very good, a rare find in many all inclusive resorts.
Alcohol: The alcohol selection was surprisingly high-end for an all-inclusive setup and there were hardly ever lines at the bars.
Activities: A huge shoutout to the external activity coordinators who ran engaging, well-organized events. From beach games to evening entertainment, the programming was one of the highlights of our stay.
Beach and Pool: Both the beach and pool areas were clean, beautiful, spacious and relaxing.
Hotel stuff: Friendly and helpful.
The rooms and the facilities are a bit dated and the maintenance could be better.
There was a large bee hive near the fountain by the main seating area.
One ongoing issue was with the cleaning crew entering rooms abruptly, often without waiting to hear if someone was inside.

The staff is very nice, everything that is outside the room is perfect, the pools, the views, very clean
The room isn't very clean, some days needed to ask for that room to be cleaned and towels to be brought, cups and trash was always not taken out or replaced. The AC wasn't cooling the room at all, the pool outside our room wasn't cleaned and was full of bugs and leaves. The shower was leaking on both rooms. In general the rooms needs maintenance.

AC in room, room was clean, lots of food options, various activities in pool, general great atmosphere.
Very few ACs in the dining hall, so when you eat it's tiring from the heat. Also no ACs anywhere else besides the bedroom. The all-exclusive is untill 11pm.

The hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing And the staff were very helpful especially the reception staff and Julia from guest relations!
The cocktail quality could be improved in the attitude of the bartenders in the main lounge.
