Constantin and his crew are amazing. The location is really close to the shore, the promenade and to the main street. The hotel is great FOR THE MONEY it costs. it is not spectacular by any means, just it's price for value is amazing.
The breakfast is a little bit messy, (and dark for whatever reason) I didn't like the coffee too.

All the staff and especially Konstantin were very kind and helpful. We were also really happy with all the restaurant recommendations and suggestions for places to check out that he gave us. The location of the hotel is good and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will choose Artemis Hotel again next time we come to Hersonissos.
Wifi connection was slow at times, and breakfast could be improved.

From the start to the end staying at Artemis Hotel was simply fantastic! There is not enough space in a comment to describe one's admiration for this place and the people who work there. Everything in the service is at an extremely high level - the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness and all the amenities. Whatever I say about the host - Konstantin, will be little. Extremely friendly, responsive, ready to fulfill every wish of the guests. He can help with anything and give any guidance for a pleasant stay on the island. The cleanliness is impeccable and the breakfast is more than satisfying and delicious. I can only say one huge - Thank you to all those people working there who made our stay gorgeous and unforgettable. If you want to feel like gods - definitely visit this place!

Very warm welcome from Konstantin, in French! Very spacious appartment with a bit of seaview. Very well situated, slightly away from the strip and the seafront walkway, thereby enjoying calm and quietness. Personal service in the morning at breakfast time.

The hotel is little and simple (nothing luxurious etc.) but it was a very nice stay for us. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, always cleaned well, tasty croissants for breakfast, good location for travelling around Crete. But what makes this hotel special I think is its staff! The host and everybody else were always very friendly, polite and helpful. You really feel welcomed and special while staying here :)
Have in mind that this city (Chersonissos) is a party place, so a lot of music and noise coming from neigbouring hotels. But this hotel had quite good sound isolation, so we slept well :)

Breakfast was very enjoyable with a variety of hot & cold food. Location was great, near to the beach, restaurants, shops and harbour Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh bed linen & clean towels
