Very practical and nice rooms for stay by sea (glass cups no plastic, plastic coat hanger which you can use for drying wet things),separate rooms in case of family.
Great FREE internet speedy connection in whole area. Also on the beach and bar area
We had a small technicall issue with room and staff was immediatelly searching for solution.
Great food and drinks offer and service.
Close to the sea,welcome drink and big bottle of water.
Shower gel available.
Sometimes little bit noisy.Music was playing all the time arround. It was maybe a little bit annoying when you wish to relax in peace by pool area.
Maybe a too soft beds.

Outdoor area very spacious, 3 pools are never crowded. Activities are fun and varied. Bars with free alcohol are very nice. Service and maintenance were very good. delicious food was served all day. Big and spacious rooms for families with nice view. very nice and helpful staff always willing to help.
The hotel does not have a dedicated beach area with own chairs.

I enjoyed our stay very much. Food was good and pools with playgrounds for the kids perfect. The staff from cleaners to bartenders are exceptional. Best I have ever met.
Restriction to throw paper to toilet was little uncomfortable, but I guess it goes for whole island.

Most personnel was very friendly, with the exception of a few people
Food was not the best quality and not that much choice. Breakfast was rather British oriented (beans, eggs with tomatoes)

All inclusive package was great. The kids slides and the variety of pools are very satisfied for everyone. The kids' entertainment is absolutely fantastic. The outdoor playground and the fields are also good choices for the whole family. We had a room upgrade to a very beautiful and spacious room. Fresh towels on a daily basis. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the kind personnel.
