Wonderful
Wonderful host, location can't be beat, and there was water and fresh fruit in the fridge. Highly recommend!

The master bedroom has bathroom and balcony

The living and the terrace are big
The kitchen is fully equiped

Location is excellent, 1 min to the beach
In the cebter of the city, 5 min to the promenade
A lot of restaurants in 10 min radius
There are swiming accessories in the lobby to be used by guests
The port is 5 min away
Enough street parking places around the building
The beds are used, cluld be more comfortable
There is dust in less visible places
The floor could be cleaner
The beach is rocky, but Malia and Stalida are 15 min away by car

Excellent location. Lovely staff
We only stayed one night and had 2 studios. One had cooking utensils while the other did not. If I was staying longer, I would be annoyed with the kitchen and lack of facilities to cook a simple meal.
Lots of good food options nearby though. So did not bother cooking

Hersonissos is a party town with loud music until the morning. But Aris studios was just the right distance away to have a quiet room while the distance was just two buildings down from the closest party life.
The hotel has diving masks, water shoes, umbrellas and one bike to rent out free.of charge, which was super helpful. These little things really make a difference in the comfort of the stay.
I was working remotely while I was staying there and the Wifi worked very well. I hear it is a problem in other places in Greece, but no problem with the internet here.
Everything was great, I would appreciate a towel change and cleaning more often (was not everyday), but honestly it wasn't a big deal and it was still comfortable.

I was delighted to see how comfortable and pleasant apartment was! Bed was superb, spacious, firm and I slept really good. The apartment had all kitchen gadgets that one needs, and fridge that worked even when you left the flat with the contact keys. Hair dryer, vast and spacious wardrobe, night ligths above bed for reading before sleep, good towels, all bathroom smelly shampoos and soaps and good lights, big mirrors and open view at the sea from the balcony - priviledge to go to sleep and wake each morning with the sound of waves ❤️ Good and plentiful breakfast on the venue, and welcome-basket of fruit and fresh pastry on the day of tennants arrival ❤️

I like yellow cups for coffee, the sound of the sea in the morning, and the big bad
This apartment is not so convenient for people with children, because it is too noisy on the street and the disco right the corner in the neighboring hotel. You can sleep after 00:00. The street is so narrow that you can hear how people having breakfast in an opposite hotel. The beach near the hotel is narrow and with stones, you have to go swimming. Ok, it is not about the hotel, but you have to consider it. One more - the small shower stall in the room.

Great location, the property has everything you could need within a short distance. A very short walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the strip with all the bars and restaurants. The room was perfect, a great size and the facilities were clean and functional throughout our 10-night stay. The room was also cleaned each day along with fresh towels and bedsheets. The owners were lovely and friendly, very happy to help you out with taxis or any other queries. They also put a fresh box of fruit in our fridge and some water for when we first arrived. Highly recommend!

The staff was super generous and friendly. We felt very welcomed and they often offered us free beverages whenever we decided to have breakfast there. The location is also surrounded by stores, restaurants and beaches! We were happy in our stay there!
The beds were uncomfortable, we often had back pain after waking up. Other than that it was flawless!
