The apartment was wonderful, at the top of the building and with big terrace. It is located directly by the seaside promenade of Hersonissos. The host was great and very helpful in every thing we asked him about. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty and according to our personal needs. The apartment was equipped in everything needed and in the refrigerator there were some products for as as well as fruits on the table, all free! If we will visit Crete in the future we will stay in these apartments for sure! By the way - in the building there is a lift so it was easy to get to the apartment.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed on a holiday. Everything was excellent. Cleanliness, the location, just 2 minutes from the beach, I could listen to the waves to whole night. The beddings and towels have been changed evry other day and it was quiet and confortable during the night. The host is excellent, he sent me grapes and hand made cakes. The wifi connection was very good, as I had work to do.
Not applicalble, everything was excellent.

Quiet spot with comfy bed and spacious apartment and very clean . Polite and very helpful personnel. Next to any amentities you may need a mini market is just 50 m away and the shore area where all the action is is also just 20 m away.
The room was old with some minor tries to renovate but it was showing it's age. The bed was missing it's head and the switch for the light was almost over your head I switched the lights on 2 times accidentally during the night. The bathroom could use some renovation as the shower curtain was not very cooperative. But over all and in comparison with other available accommodation in the area the room was more than decent.

Andreas manage Aris studio with his wife. You feel like at home. Andreas is very kind and helpful. He will also give his best to accommodate you Aris studio is really at 50 meters from the beach, and they lend you all you need for the beach : umbrellas, air mattress, mask and tuba, shoes, toys for the children You will find a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and activities nearby. Aris studio is situated in the calm place of the city. In July and August there are a lot of young tourists (around 20 years old) all around the city You will find nice Gyros at 4.00 Euros at the restaurant of Aris Studio (ground floor)

We were consistently able to find parking nearby. The bed was comfortable and large.
We checked in late, and while there was a lockbox, we weren't given the directions in advance, so it took some time to check in. Breakfast is not available until after 8 each morning and there isn't really any else nearby in the morning. The cafe next door was also closed. There was construction on the tile in the pool area at 4:30 pm, the hottest part of the day, and the grinder created a huge dust cloud, rendering the pool useless.

Andreas and family were so very welcoming! It was a very clean and practical room that we booked. We wanted something that was cheap but accommodating. The room exceeded our expectations! The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.. firm but with a topper. Maid service!! A bowl of fruit and jams, honey and butter, oil, salt, and pepper.. all the things we would normally buy when arriving at a self-catering apartment. Warmly received! And, a last day was given free... thank you! Checkout was at 11.30, but we were leaving at 7 pm, and their son knocked on the door at 11am and said we could have the room all day. When does that happen!
Anyone under the age of 25 should visit in July/August. We visited in June/July. A noticeable difference. June is definitely for older people... things changed a bit when the youngsters kicked in. A few noisy neighbours but not too bad.
Cretis Maris is the posh part of town, and fortunately, where we booked. A stunning bay and fabulous restaurants, too.
10 mins walk to an excellent bus service that kept us busy going to Heraklion and Agios Nikolas and Potamus beach
All in all.. it was a fabulous holiday!

Everything was nice. The managers are great people, very professional and always available to assist and help if needed. The location near the sea and the city center but very quiet, also great for exploring the area. I higly recomend this place.
I would like to thank you Andreas and Janna once again for your hospitality, and of course for the excellent olive oil that I will be happy to consume.

This was an extremely good place to stay - the best of its kind we have ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made our stay memorable e.g. extras were provided such as fruit and water in the studio as well as toiletries in the en suite bathroom. The studio was large and spotlessly clean; the sea view from the balcony was excellent. The studio kitchenette was appropriately equipped and we were able to make breakfast, lunch, snacks and hot drinks. The beds were very comfortable and there was also a settee to relax on and a table and chairs for meals inside and out on the balcony. The accommodation was very quiet, both inside and out during the day and at night (although we travelled in April before the high season and were told that the resort is much busier in the summer). It is very well located 2 min from the sea in the Port area of Heronissos and is very handy for walks along the sea front, numerous bars, tavernas and restaurants as well as a modern shopping area with a large supermarket.
Nothing could be improved - it was excellent in every way. We did not want to leave and will hope to go here again.

If you want a home away from home this is a wright property for you. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful that we could really relax on our holiday. From wery nice welcoming fruit and snacks in our room , to good advices for sightseeing, and a very tasty and plentiful breakfast and strong Greek coffee that heals your headache (trust me I am a doctor). The beach is practically a few meters away from property, and you could even hear the waves during the night if your balcony is opened. The air conditioner cools adequately, bed linen is changed every day if you wish.
