There is a swimming pool, which is very cool and there is a restaurant as well as a bar so everything we need.
The location as well, really good.
Could be better according to the different room.
Ours was good enough but could’ve been better.
Especially on the cleanliness.
But still a great Place !

amazing property --sound pool, nearby the walkroad... just dont try the indonesia restaurant next to it.. you ll get thirsty from overdose soya sauce.. you can cook in your room and do great dishes

Ariadni is family run and it was so convenient and a very central location , perfect for strolling through the villages , rooms were basic but had everything we needed , beds were very comfortable and it had a good shower too ..there is a great restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and staff
very small pool and not much room around it for sunloungers and then the building blocked a lot of the sun , but we still enjoyed the time we spent relaxing by the pool and listening to the music that they played

Fabulous location in a stunning part of Crete, immaculately clean, fantastic hosts and incredible value for money
The only thing and this is extremely minor as everything was exceptional is that there were a great selection of pans but no cooker and lots of cups and saucers but no kettle so couldn’t make a cup of tea - the owners were so lovely I’m sure they would have provided one if I’d have asked - but it was such a short stay and there was a coffee maker instead :)

The room is good and spacious and has all the potentials to be a really good hotel. Value for money compared to other hotels in the area
But the thing is that they don't offer basic facilities like soap which is something really cheap, sponge for the kitchen, cleanliness (in 5 days they mοpped just once with nothing else), for the toilette paper you have to ask and the most important is that you have to stay with the garbage because they don't throw garbage away in a daily time or give you spare bags to change them by yourself.
So, if you choose this hotel you have to know that you have to buy the basic things for kitchen and bathroom by yourself.

Very clean, comfortable and relaxed. Excellent location in the village. Staff here were immensely friendly, fun and helpful. Their restaurant has fabulous food. We would most definitely recommend to anyone. It is great value for money. Very Basic but a great alternative to the 5* expense, which honestly is not needed in Koutouloufari.
We will definately be back. Sue & Steve (uk).
Not much room round the pool area. Lack of umbrellas. However this did not lessen our holiday experience in any way.

We were welcomed with such warmth by every single staff member as soon as we arrived. We felt like home during our very short stay.The food was excellent and beds were comfy too. We would highly recommend this place and we hope to return some day in the near future
