The place was quite and the stuff was very good and kind
We came in a very hot week, the lack of air conditioning in the public area (lobby , bar , eating area) was difficult .

Very good breakfast. Nice outside area, and the bar was great. Very kind and friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and there is a Nice view of the ocean. Very close to local tavernas.
Generally many steps to and from the rooms as the hotel is situated in a hill. My room was close to the reception, so I was Lucky and had a few steps to walk. And there is a lift from the entrance of the hotel up to the reception.

We had an apartment that was on ground level on the road and not very private. Also cars and motor bikes making a lot of noise at 3am in the night so not ideal.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was a little variety during the week. All the guests were adults. There was a parking space. The drinks and food were good.
The pool side beds were reserved with towels early in the morning (and people showing up hours later), so there was space only after 5 pm. One couple always reserved 4 beds for their use. The staff could regulate the use of beds somehow. Every day the music and loud guests kept us up until 11 pm and the gardening woke us up before 8 am. Don't throw a towel on the floor if it's dirty, it's not guaranteed to get a new one (we spent half of our stay without a hand towel). There were some days when we only had one toilet roll, so it might be useful to bring one from home. :D We only got one regular bath towel, so one adult needed to use the hand towel size towel. The room was worn out (for example a broken sofa and plastic chairs inside, broken shower head and a loose toilet seat cover).

Lovely friendly hotel. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and views down to the sea. Rooms spacious and very clean. Staff excellent.

Very Little. Property was difficult to find and access. Not appropriate for older adults
Water was only lukewarm and the toilet did not flush properly even after repeated attempts. Breakfast was served late and was mediocre. The property was steep and difficult to walk around.

Staff who went that little bit extra to help you.100% Esp Nikos at the bar.
Lovely Pool, decent breakfast, and poolside with stunning views.
Staff and guests just seem to get along.
Air con was great and needed.
Great selection of chilled bars, shops and restaurants in the three villages and the hustle and bustle of the beach front is a short taxi or walk.
Small issue at start over our accommodation but was sorted quickly and moved to what we had booked.
N.B. this place is on hills which did not bother us but others may be surprised.

Nice swimming pool and quite OK breakfast.
Main room lacked air conditioner; uncomfortable to sleep there due to high temperature, especially in the morning when the sun rose. Some things were broken in the room, like water tap or cupboard handle (it is not a big problem for us, but it shows the attitude). A baby crib not provided despite saying that can provide it for free for kids aged 0-3. Disappointing experience overall.
