The location the weather the food in all restaurants
The small beach
It is a superior hotel but at the breakfast they have only normal tea bags served in a cup. This is more all inclusive style. This needs to be improved to present the quality also at the breakfast. Also the cappuccino was every morning different . There is a good barista missing. At the table is a card where you could choose the coffee beans but none of the employees asked which beans one want only which type of coffee. Also espresso lungo was not known.
The hotel should have a ledder to the beach becirce is very steep and stones covered with sand to go swimming. This would be more comfortable and safer.
Also steps Are missing from the beach to the Buddha bar from the beach way only over the steep lawn is the access to the Buddha bar.

In our country its war time and our flight is cancelled i feel it that the crew not considering about it the hotel was not full and they ask for full price for another night without consider the situation.
Its my second time at the hotel and I'm really upset from the attention that crew gave us
For sure it will be the last time for us

The Loft I ordered had no air-conditioning on the top floor, also had clogging in the shower, the jacuzzi stoped working, bad
outlet on the balcony... I repeatedly asked another room but they only moved me after half of my vacation.
Bud attitude of some of the receptionists...
The budha bar barman got angry every time we asked for ice.

Second time there - it was amazing as the first time! Truly Abaton knows the job, they know how to make you feel like royals! Also, I came in 34 weeks pregnant and the staff was very supporting! Even helped me to tie my shoes as I can't do it myself lol. The only thing I have to say is that Im also Vegan and it feels like the hotel can to much better with preparing great meals beside salads and pasta w\ tomato sauce. Fare to say that in the breakfast buffet I came to ask for something that has high protein (like tofu) as I needed it for my baby and they took care of it. Now they just need to learn how to make great things with Tofu, beside frying it, cause it's really not that hard :)
More vegan options that has protein. Beside this - this is the best hotel ever!

Very beautiful grounds. Architecture and facilities are truly impressive. The rooms design is stunning, everything is very stylish, modern vibes. Very high quality materials and impressive attention to details in design. And high quality Elemis cosmetics as amenities. Absolutely gorgeous balcony. A lot of spots just to sit, relax and enjoy the view, rocking chairs are just something)) Good amenities in the room, great view, beautiful sunsets. Room itself is also great and spacious, even the smallest one, lovely bathtub, unique decorations, comfy beds and pillows. Very good quality and variety of food at breakfast, really enjoyed the menu. Great pool with salt water, comfy loungers and lounge music from Buddha Bar make relaxing atmosphere, good venue to chill. Famous evening pool with stars highlights is also a must to see.
Bad service for so called luxury type of the hotel. Upon arrival welcome offer was not in the room, later on one runnung gentleman grabbed me in the corridor and put welcome offer in my hands (just water and macaroons), was funny)) WiFi did not work in the room, the light in the drawer was broken, the dispensers in the bathroom were not refilled and when I asked to refill they were just placed to my desk instead of attached to the wall. So help yourself)) Spa made several mistakes with booking and payments even before arrival, serous issue with communication. Although the Russian speaking therapist was very good In Buddha Bar they forgot and confused our order, and it took 30 minutes to find out what happened to our beers)) Cherry on the top was a broken iron and ripped dress as a result. So overall almost everything went wrong, which is strange for a small luxury hotel that is not an all inclusive factory and has all the resources to provide good service. However the service in the main restaurant was very good at breakfast, especially from the Albanian waiter, forgot his name, smth like Maldi?? Was very professional and caring. Mihaela from guest relations was also very attentive and cute. So overall this place is worth to visit because of its design and grounds, maybe one day we will give it a second chance, but without great expectations.

They publish their room as sound proof and it is totally not, I could hear my neighbors around me all of my stay.
Linens was always dirty, room service entered my room every day while I am in my room, I couldnt feel privacy at all times in my stay
When I mentioned this to the property, they didnt care and did not do anything about it.
