Very good value for money! Option to pay for air con like most hotels on the island. We decided not to do this and it wasnt tooo bad, but we were in September. Owners are absolutely lovely, even offered and gave us a lift with our suitcases when we were leaving (thank goodness because our cases were heavy lol).
Only downside is the location being a little out of the way. The walk itself isnt bad at all and is totally fine during the day. However being 2 girls it could be scary in the dark/late at night. To get to the hotel you walk down a back road which is quite low-key (there is probably a way around it though we just stuck to what we knew). on the second to last night we walked back to the hotel around 10:30-11pm and a man approached us with his *thing* out and didnt leave us alone for a while. Nothing against the hotel itself, but just something to note if you are girls staying alone. We felt the area over all was safe until that happened. We are glad the man ended up leaving us alone but couldve potentially turned to something worse if one of us were on our own.

That it was in a quiet part of Faliraki but only a 10 minute stroll into the hubub. The owners were lovely people and happy to chat to us. It was clean and tidy and the choices for the continental breakfast were varied and plentiful.
It didnt have a pool but we knew that before we booked so for us it wasnt a deal breaker. Didnt like is a bit strong. Would have been nice is better.

Super nice stuff, room was clean, really good breakfast (not big, but still you could choose many options), quiet place, balkony, many parking spots, small kitchen and refrigerator
Not exactly in inner city, but for us it was not a problem, by foot 15 minutes to the center, 8 min to supermarket

The garden is nice. The owner lady was kind.
UPDATE: Their response to my review shows how huge their ego is.:) Greece isnt Vegas, for this price there are far better ones. I travel often to greek islands, so I am saying this out of experience. Helping a woman with bags isnt an obligation, its simply politeness/ kindness (unknown terms for the receptionist). Self-catering doesnt mean that I have to bring a normal bed and install mosquito nets by myself. Changing sheets isnt an extra thing.
Original review: They dont answer messages on booking app, for me no direction to the property was sent at all, only after I contacted the customer service which hurt their ego.
At the checkin the guy was rude and arrogant I arrived and I had to tell him that I am here I have a reservation. Not welcoming at all. Then he took my ID card and wanted to keep it (dodgy, if they ask you to do so, never do it, there are so many scams today, be careful). I didnt let him keep it. It took 1 minute to write down the necessary details from my ID card. Oh the welcome was the room is upstairs. I havent got any help with the bags and during my stay noone ever asked me whether everything is ok with the room. I arrived in the afternoon. In normal places they show you the room and ask you whether everything is okay.
The bed was the cheapest quality which exists on this planet. 4 nights terrible sleep for the air-conditioner you have to pay an extra fee. I didnt pay for the AC because I didnt want to pay more for a room which is not even suitable for a good night sleep and after the bad checkin experience. There was not even a mosquito net, not even on the bathroom window, now I have lots of mosquito bites.
The place is far from the center (20min walk) bus stop is around 10 minutes walk but theres no shade.
I dont even understand how this can be a 2 star hotel. Before this place, I stayed in a 1 star hotel and it was like brand new, it had strom mattress (excellent quality, made in Greece) It cost only couple more.

Very clean, great staff. When booking take note, that AC and safetybox cost extra. Hotel located about 1 km away from Faliraki center, so it's very quiet and you'll get a good night sleep :)
Staff is very friendly, would recommend asking them -and other locals too- for tips about places to visit etc.

Nice and little apartment! nothing special but it's enough and it was always clean :-)
15 minutes by feet and you are in faliraki city for eating or shopping and bus stations. The faliraki beach was also 15 minutes away.
Breakfast was also enough and always fresh and I really liked. :-) I will miss Vera, she's such a good woman! She's the nicest person at the whole house, she made my breakfast earlier that I could go to my tours I booked. ( Because breakfast was always at 8 am) Vera was so nice ,lovely and friendly..a really good woman. Thank you for everything Vera :-)
It was just bad to pay extra for the air condotioner..7 euros per day.. I didn't want that and it was really hot in my room. The last 2 days I used it because it was just to hot. Maybe it would be better to integrate the air conditioner price at the apartment. So everone can use it and knows the full price. So you should know that you have to pay extra for it.

The location was a ten minute flat walk to supermarkets and the main strip, 15 minutes to the beach, but it was far enough away to be a peaceful, quiet location to relax at the apartment. The apartments overlook a field and hills - we saw a family of deer feeding there late at night, which was a lovely surprise. The apartments are not overlooked, so you can relax on your balcony with peace and privacy. It is a family-run business and they are always there to help; Harris, Vera and Mika (who cleans the rooms beautifully and changes the linen and towels every other day, thanks Mika - we appreciated all your hard work :) ) We stayed in a decent sized triple room, the shower room is small but functional, the room was big enough for three adults and had a small balcony overlooking the fields and Harriss beautifully kept lawns. The place was quiet, it is not a party hotel, but its a good place if you want a basic, very clean and peaceful base from which to access Faliraki and the rest of the island.
Its not a complaint as such, but like many places, the air conditioning was not included and was quite a bit extra for daily use, 7 per day. It was not hot enough that we needed it, but its an added extra to think about in the hottest months.

We were very very pleased with our stay. The owners are wonderful, bighearted people. They are very helpful and generous. It was great chatting with them. The man who welcomed us speaks excellent English. His wife and daughter are just lovely and took great care of us. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. It was nice to come back to a fresh room every evening. Continental style breakfasts were very generous. There were a lot of different products to choose from, such as bread, buns, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, jams, vegetables, fruits, coffee, tea and sweets for dessert. On our last day, the owners even let us print our flight tickets, which was very kind of them. Thank you for your hospitality! Some other comments mention that you have to pay extra for air-conditioning and it is true. It was a little strange to me, but we spent our days sightseeing, snorkeling and swimming, so we did not care much for it anyway.
