Nothing was clean in the room
Everything food poor private pool dirty at the bottom reheated food in snack bar. Pictures on website does not show a true picture of the complex. Rude staff.

The food breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was fantastic, the All Inclusive offering was very good. The swimming pools were lovely and the kids especially loved the water slides. Will definitely be going back.
Rooms could have been a little bigger for the family room.

The private pool was brilliant. The food was very good especially the fresh salads. The resort was very clean and the staff were very friendly.
The location was a bit too far from any other bars, restaurants or shops.

Pools were excellent, certain members of staff (waitress in restaurant especially but also waiters and bar staff) were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel felt roomy and there were plenty of sunbeds so no ridiculous queues. Also easy to extend our room (for a fee) which meant we could keep using the facilities until our evening flight. Our kids loved the water park slides so that was excellent. Wifi was excellent also. Entertainment in the evening was hit and miss - enjoyed the karaoke and film night, not the others though.
Some staff (reception, the lady serving the pizzas by the pool) were pretty miserable and could do with a few more smiles. The cleaner was pleasant but in the second half of our stay only changed our towels and didn't empty the bathroom bin (important in Greece as you can't flush toilet paper!) even though we were not in the room most days when she came. The food was fine but we've experienced more choice elsewhere. There was always enough to eat but nothing special.

The food was very good quality and extremely tasty.
Staff were polite and friendly.
We had a room that came with a rooftop balcony with a hot tub. There was no shade on the balcony until the afternoon, I think the hotel should provide a parasol OR a retractable shade from the roof. The balcony also needed some pegs or hooks to hang clothes and towels etc. there was a large fridge and freezer on the rooftop terrace but it was a long way to the bars to get water and other drinks to put in the fridge. Perhaps some more refillable bottles could have been provided.
There wasnt a lot of choice of foods at the buffet restaurant.
Should not be called ALL inclusive its more like SOME inclusive. For E.G. there is a list of al a carte cocktails that you have to pay for and rose wine is not included either.
The fruit juice at breakfast is synthetic and very sweet rather than proper fruit juice.

I very much recommend the aquapark and the food! The staff was very friendly, it looks like the "big daddy" set high quality culture :)
I had the opportunity to enjoy great evening gigs during which my children were safe in the facility's.
And the breathtaking sunrise from the balcony!!
Too hot paths without the flip-flops... come on! It's Greece in the middle of summer ;)

The staff are so friendly from the housekeeping team through to the bar and restaurant staff, they make this place worth it especially the young woman working in the main restaurant setting and cleaning tables. In regards to rooms we booked a standard and a superior...this is when it gets interesting, the superior is bigger for sure in regards to sleeping room but the standard bathroom is nicer and larger maybe a refit is due in block 5? For food it is ok...nothing that i would call amazing but plenty of choice for the adults and children, the fresh fruit was a great addition especially the fresh oranges and kiwis, overall this is an ok hotel if you have the expectation of an all inclusive with a low price and not looking for something special...this is the kind of hotel i would take a gf when i was in my late teens early twenties
Entertainment team or whoever manages this needs sacking....same activities everyday with no variation and i mean monday is the same as tuesday/Wednesday etc, the water polo is a health and safety accident waiting to happen with people being constantly hit whilst on the loungers, i watched a poor woman take the ball to the face. The evening music is the same playlist every night which just gets loader and loader they cannot mix music and jumps from one song such as sweet caroline into baby shark...they have no sense of sound levels either, greek law allows music upto 11pm within a 50dcb limit...the dj frequently ignores this which results in a call or message to the hotel contact where within minutes the volume is reduced to a loud yet acceptable level...due to this i would say this hotel is ideal for families with older children in their late teens as you will be kept awake at night until 11pm every night, maybe this could be compensated for with newer sliding doors with acoustic insulation, ultimately due to this the target clientele for this hotel is a little confusing...do they want families or 18-21?

Rooftop Jacuzzi room was great! Rooms very clean and tidy! The entertainment throughout the day and in the evening was good, we really enjoyed it! Clean feel to the whole hotel
We felt as though the food could be a little better but is pretty much the usual food you would expect to get in an all inclusive. Would have been nice to maybe have themed nights and wider variety of food. But the Pool bar restaurants were great, we loved the Pitta and burgers!
