Exceptional
Everything about Toulas Apartments is excellent. The swimming pool area is perfect. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. Also, being located next to the main road is no problem because the sound proofing is excellent. Its a short walk to the main strip with plenty of choice regarding tavernas, bars, shops etc. The staff are helpful and cheerful. I shall definitely return soon.

It has been my second stay here. I liked pool and plants in the garden most of all. I come back in this facility next time definitely . Thank you Anastasia.
I did not like rusch from traffic from main road behind the wall.

Absolutely loved our 10 nights in toulas...can not recommend enough...the pool is fabulous..the location is perfect to everything...the apartment was spacious and clean ..we will definitely be back

Great location, great pool area, good value for money, lovely hosts
No cleaning equipment e.g. dustpan and brush and on quite a loud road (only noticeable in the pool)

Location not so bad.
Parking is free.
Bed mattress was pure misery. In the morning there were huge back pains. The toilet and shower are very small. The noise from the highway is harsh. The apartments are located right next to the highway. We slept with earplugs but they didn't help much. The sound was not muted.
Never back again.

Wonderful
The apartment looked exactly like on the pictures, did not disappoint. I think one of the nicest apartment in the area. Looked cute from the outside. Loved the pool area, and the rooms too. The host was very nice and helpful. Location was perfect, its a short walk away from the main street where plenty of restaurants and shops are, and the beach wasnt far either. I wouldnt think twice if I was looking for accommodation in Faliraki.
The only thing which we found a bit weird is the lack of kitchen appliances. They had a stove but no pan or anything. No dishwasher liquid or sponge.
I mean we didnt want to cook a 4 meal course or anything but during a 7 day stay it is expected that we would like to make breakfast for example. Anyway it wasnt a big issue, just something which was a bit strange compared to other apartments where we have been before.

Had a lovely 8 day stay here in early September. Location and facilities were great, a short walk to both the beach and resort centre. The hosts were wonderful. Pool was also lovely. Will definitely come again!

we were in a family of 4 and 1 person had to sleep on the couch that was made as a bed, but was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Disappointing
The location is top! only 15mins walk to the bar street of Faliraki and the beach. Situated directly opposite to the bus stop, it is easily recognisable in the maps (also easy to direct your taxi driver). Has a nice swimming pool. The balcony had enough space to sit and have breakfast.
Couple of things went wrong:
the apartment mentions that check in time is 15:00 o' clock. We were there by 14 PM since our flight reached early. We waited for one hour (our fault that we did not ask the host to come earlier than 15PM). We tried calling on two numbers mentioned on the website and also message, no response. nobody picked up the call. Finally one host arrived at 15:40 (40mins of waiting without any communication from the host).
As we entered, she gave a plate of grapes (nice of her) and explained everything. She started to leave. I tried switching on the light, no electricity. I asked her and she replied in broken english that apparently 70% of Faliraki was out of electricity. I did not believe her because I could see the main electricity board in the room had a blinking light. She refused to explain further and left off. we were standing there clueless and without electricity!
We opened up the main electricity board and tried to decipher which MCB circuit board. We shut off the MCB for hot water and tried turning on the main MCB for electricity and voila! there was electricity in the apartment. BAsically the host was unaware of her own facility and tried to brush off our queries.
the AC in the living room was working quite fine. when we returned in the night to the apartment at around 2 o' clock and tried turning on the AC in the bedroom, it wasnt working! we were three people and in no way could we have fitted in the living room single bed. So at 2:30 in the night we dragged the heavy mattress from the living room to the bedroom, switched on the AC in the living room and kept the door open to the bedroom.
After all this drama, the host arrives to the apartment one day later and as she enters the living room, furiously asks 'where is the mattress! I have never seen anything like this in my life..'. we were rather taken aback by her behaviour. When we told her about AC, she said 'why do you need AC, it is so cold!

The hosts were really kind and helpful! The apartment is in a strategic position to visit all the best places in the island. It as clean and beautiful, the pool is also very beautiful.

Excellent location and immaculate condition. Bus stops right outside apartment which allowed you to travel to many places around the island and a supermarket 3 mins walk away. Pool was quiet and clean. Hosts were very welcoming and offered fruit most mornings!!

The garden is really nice, cozy and well taken for, pool seems nice but I never used it as there were so many other interesting things on Rodos. They have adorable cats, so have some treats for them at hand when they come to cuddle :) In one sentence - I liked everything on the property and really enjoyed my stay. Faliraki center is a few minutes away. And the owners - they really add to whole value with their openness, friendliness and positive attitude.

Very good location close to the center, food market, beach, bus stop etc. Kitchen equipment is modest but sufficient. It is worth to rent car and explore the island without limit. You can also the rather modern TV wirelessly interconect with smartphone. It is fun subsequently. A/C and WiFi are o.k. Owner lady is helpful and very kind. I can recommend definitely.
I didn't like the early morning traffic nois from road. But it is not unbeateble problem at all.
