Pool is in the sun all day with a decent number of sunbeds. Hotel was clean throughout and staff do a good job. I thought the location was ideal everything you want is a short walk away.
The breakfast could do with beans and/or mushrooms for a bit more choice.

This place isn't about having "perfect rooms", where everything is new and super tidy, or resembling big chain hotels. It's simple, cozy, with comfortable, big beds, and plenty of space, and has everything that you need. It's a friendly family-run business where you're treated like a guest in someone's home. You can relax at the bar and chat with the welcoming staff, have a nice meal, or just hang out and chill by the pool. To appreciate it fully, be polite, friendly, and open-minded when you visit. Don't be a shmug. It's a great value for a holiday, and my wife and I felt very welcome and had a perfect stay until the last minute. They even let us stay half a day longer for free, because our flight was at night (Try to get this at some big chain, so either they will not let you or charge you extra money), and they even called us a taxi which arrived in 5 minutes, we didn't have to worry about it at all. All in all, we wish the hotel all the best in the future and we send regards to the staff if they read this. We hope to return someday.

Great people, really tasty breakfast, Lots of choice of food, nice big clean swimming pool, great location, near beaches, restaurants and shops, near the most beautiful bay on island
The room didnt look like on photos, the room was cleaned only once during our 7 days stay so the floor was really dirty, especially in the bathroom. During our stay there was a rain and one of our walls soaked and some of our clothes that we left in the room got wet.

This is a great place. Everyone's very nice and helpful. You kind of feel like visiting a family. The breakfast was very good, as well as the rest of menu in the restaurant. Room spacious, AC working. Good luck guys

Perfect staff, everybody was really nice and kind. Pool area is grear, cozy, with good music playing around. Lunch / dinner was always delicious, especialy burgers. Definitely recommend.

Great pool area. Location is good, close to everything in Faliraki but still in a quite area. They let us stay after check out to use pool area before our late flight home.
Where to start? Im very surprised about the high ratings of this poor hotel. Stayed for 8 nights. We arrived after midnight and our rooms were seriously +50 degrees and air con not working, no sleep at all! We had to change room next day and air con worked better in the second room in the main building (we had two rooms and had to change both). Hotel in desperate need of maintenance with lots of stuff broken or in need of maintenance and general cleaning. Seems like most of their staff could need a lot of training regarding how to handle guests and run a hotel They allowed guests to smoke weed all day by the pool. We had several issues with reception staff not solving our requests or errands even after several reminders. If you just need a bed to sleep and have a nice pool to swim in, go here! If you want any further comfort than that, go somewhere else!!

The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable. The pool area is always in sun, the breakfast in the morning is varied and the hotel is ideally located.
The shower was a little bit small.
