Huge modern hotel, but not crowded, excellent location next to the beach. Very nice room with two separable sections and direct access to the garden and swimming pool. Own sand beach only for the hotel. Friendly staff and perfect food including local fish. Culture programs almost every evening (the best were opera singers last night).
A little bit cold swimming pool. Only one local beer on the tap.

Birthday treat in Rhodes I would highly recommend this hotel its kept clean by the incredible team of cleaning staff,the restaurant is imacculat and great selection of breakfast available my favorite place was the spa and around the outdoor pool,staff in the pool bar where amazing singing and dancing when a thunderstorm came along everyone joined in singing 5* to all staff who work here it was a pleasure to stay here and will hopefully be a longer stay next time.
The only thing I didn't like was the small ants coming into the room but since we had a bottom garden room it was to be expected.

Nice ambience to the hotel! Great facilites, very clean. Nice pools & great sandy (not stony) beach - with good access to the sea. Nice comfortable & clean room. Bathroom was a good size - plus had shower & bath tub. We also had a little garden with a pool. Dinner buffet was excellent - and the foods was great, and staff very attentive

We were on all inclusive and this is what I'd recommend to everyone. It includes beach couches (2 last rows) and plenty of meals at the hotel. Facilities are clean. Food is good. Animation is very good - live music each evening. Cocktails were fantastic.
Very noisy room cleaning that prevented us from having a good sleep each day. We heard voices from outside and how cleaners were moving chairs in the next room.

We traveled on our honeymoon. The staff was lovely, the night performances were great, the spa was great and the beach was super close and nice. The location was also very convenient, by the beach and close to the old city and Lindos.
The breakfast was OK. There weren't enough veggies to our opinion.

Front-desk staff was kind enough to offer a late checkout, which helped us with our kid.
We got a free room upgrade with sea view.
They booked taxis for us with childseat.
The water in the pools was a bit too cold for my taste.
The main pool could use some shadow so you can hide from the sun in the middle of the day.
Maybe the target of the hotel is not children in general, but I would have liked more healthy food options for them - maybe even a corner for them (e.g. boiled/steamed vegetables/rice/potatos, avocado, etc) We managed to find enough for our kid, but sometimes was a bit difficult.
Only 1 bottle of water in the room on the day of the check-in. Asking for more would result in a charge per day. I think a 5-star hotel could offer 1 free bottle of water per day to any room, at least on request.
We found out just by chance that you can use some facilities from the neighbour hotel, Apollo Beach - e.g. mini disco, playground, pizza corner. I think it should be advertised a bit better.

An absolute must in Rhodes, one of the best places I've ever been to (not a ferocious traveller but been to enough places).
Although fully booked, the place had a quiet and chill atmosphere, very spacious and extremely comfortable. Less than 100 meters from my room to the beach, 10 meters room to pool. Very nice pools and fabulous rooms (superior double).
Breakfast was rich and tasty. Dinner buffet was also very nice, had dinner there twice (stayed on a b&b basis). Bar was also very nice, right on the pool.
Didn't have wifi in my room due to some technical issues, moved me to another room, higher class, almost immediately.
Will for sure get back there soon.
Minor issues only, but can't leave only positive feedback :)
Beach\pool towels are located in the spa area, too far from the beach or the pool... that's annoying and unnecessary.
Night entertainment was bad. Had some decent musicians play nasty elevator-music covers for 70' classics, ridiculous. Guess they think the guests are savages. Should have made the trio play some actual classical music, my guess is the guests would've appreciate it 10 times better.
