The location is perfect, quiet, city and market just a few min away by car. Very nice pool, always quiet and enough sunbeds for everyone. The owners very kind and warm people. We had a little situation but they had solvded it very nice and kindly. Thank you very much! Everyone complains there is no shower curtains but they immediately asked if we want it and it was instaled in the afternoon. The hot water there is just in the middle of the day, in the morning and in the evening it's cold water, we got used to it soon. And fees for A/C are included - strong plus! We booked apartment with the pool view and it was incredibly nice. It's worth to book apartment with pool view. Every morning we woke up with wonderful sunrise and rooster songs (when window closed you can't hear a thing). Very beautiful place. After all it's Greece, the kind people, the great food, the best weather and all problems just gone away. Thank you! We really recommend the Rose Hotel and Rhodes!

Bottled water.
As soon as I walked into the main reception, there first thing they asked was I hope you have booked via booking.com. Weve run out of rooms. I originally paid for the more superior style rooms and got put into the worst accommodation of the lot. Power was none existent. Showering was horrendous not an ounce of warm water, for an adult it fine. But not with children.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great pool with comfy sun beds. Located a bit far from down town and beach but that gave the place a quiet atmosphere.

The location was nice, not a long walk to the center of faliraki. Staff were amazing, really nice and welcoming. They took care of us and were really friendly.
Sometimes there was no hot water in the shower but otherwise it was good.

we loved this hotel because it wasnt too big . There was always plenty of room around the pool (no fighting for a sun bed . the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were very friendly, rang taxis for us every day without an issue.
The pool was nice and the price for the week was great between the 3 of us. Had a view of the pool too which I liked.
Could have done with having more than 1 key to the apartment. In the end we started leaving the key in reception which was fine too.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely swimming pool and nice reception area.
The room was very dark with very poor lights. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when you took a shower. The shower head was very poor and had to be held by hand.

Very friendly personal, who was very helpful with anything from needing an extra glass to booking a cab. 20min walk to the beach, and short way to supermarket. Also a super pool, and Nice outdoor area to hang out, which was very nice for us as a friendgroup with two rooms.
The barhrooms are kind of small, and water gets on the floor, but very clean and nice for the cheap prize. The wifi was a little on and off in the rooms.
