TRANSLATED BY GOOGLE TRANSLATE. My rating would look completely different. I liked absolutely everything. The beach is very nice. Accommodation on the seventh floor in room 753 with a partial view of the sea - Deluxe room, also great. The food was also great until the last dinner BUT !!!!! First impression - the hotel is amazing, the Deluxe room is amazing, the drinks at the bar are also great. First impression - I will take my whole family here on vacation next year - 6 people.
Unfortunately, the information about intestinal problems that I read in several reviews turned out to be true. I only ate at this hotel. Two days. I left the hotel on Wednesday after breakfast. I already had problems on the plane trip to Vienna. But the worst came after returning home - Wednesday evening. I spent practically the whole night on the toilet. Diarrhea pills didn't help at all.... I've probably never experienced something like this before and I hope I never will again! The impression after returning home and crazy health problems - never again !!! It's a terrible shame .... But we only have one health .... You should really be ashamed !!

Very friendly staff, food and beverages at all inclusives were more than enough and very tasty, sunbed, direct seacost
In october the pool was quite cold, no bedlinen for children, the beds were not so hard, but they were comfortable

All of us got sick with foodpoisoning and we werent the only once either. So we didnt exactly get to enjoy out holiday as we planned.

Very good location, nice sandy beach with pebbles in the water. Beach beds were always available. Very good quality and variety of food in the main restaurant. Also pizza in the snack bar was delicious. Drinks were average. What makes the stay special is all the staff - starting from the reception team who helped with all questions, cleaning ladies who kept the room super clean, bar tenders and animation team. Staff is definitely the added value to the hotel. :)
Wifi was not very good. Non alcoholic drinks were average, soft drinks only. My family preferred to buy bottled water as we got stomach issue for a day. Mattress in the room was too soft, haven't see anywhere so soft mattresses. Despite the dislikes I would rate this hotel very high. :)

Very clean the entertainment was amazing they really go the extra mile to make sure your having a great stay.
Rooms cleaned every day, food is great pizza, crepes and Ive cream, gyros around the pool and bus stop outside to local places.

Beachfront property so could get up and just go there easily. Plenty of sun loungers. Had a shop for to buy drinks and snacks without the need to leave the hotel and all reasonably priced.
All was good except on the last day, a lady from Spa called Estalla thought it was OK be rude to us. She clearly marked us our for being the only asians on the beach and made rude comments to us when we declined the massage service. There was no need for such behaviour. We saw her again as we were waiting for our transfer back to the airport and she started muttering under her breath and gave us cold glares as she went past. Really unacceptable behaviour. Shame the majority of the other staff all seemed freindly. We had notified the hotel at the Spa of her actions and via the hotel questionnaire about this person's behaviour.
Nobody should be treated like that on holiday.

The staff are friendly and always willing to make your staying as perfect and comfortable as possible. We had the privilege of being gifted with an amazing view from our room. Initially we had booked the room with mountain view but when we got to the room, we could see the beauty of the sea view from the 5th floor. Also I loved the fact that the gym is outdoor right in front of the beach, making your work out even better with the view from the sea.
We got the all inclusive system but I don't think it was worth it for us. Although the food from the breakfast, dinner and the snacks you can find during the day all over the hotel were good, the drinks, on the other hand, weren't that good and could've been better. For beers they served only larger and cocktails were only made with boxed juice, alcohol and ice which I expected cocktails with real fruits.

The room was amazing. My boyfriend and I were shocked how spacious the room was. When arriving, someone assists you to your room and answers any questions you might have. In the mini fridge, included was a plate of fruit, a bottle of wine, and a bottle of water. The balcony was perfect overlooking the sea and a great place to dry your towel after a day of swimming. The pizza and gyros were really tasty. The three meals served in the main dining room, for the price are great (hit or miss). The hotel is great for transportation, given bus stop is right outside hotel.
The front staff were brash, for a front desk they were very unwelcoming. Everything seemed like the hotel was merely out for making money and not for making it enjoyable for guests. All the mixed drinks served were made with bottom shelf liquor and were watered down, again for price it is justifiable. The 3 meals in the main dining room were usually all following the same pattern, breakfast was the best meal of the day here. Plan on arriving early to meals or you will have to wait in a long line to get food.

The beach was very good, wide and long, on the left side of the beach you can find sandy bottom: first small stones in the water but then sand. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge as well as beach towels which you can change every 2 days in Spa center.
Variety of food was good, pork, beef, lamb, chicken, duck, rabbit, fish, seafood, also potato was everyday cooked in different ways. Good soft drinks. If you have all inclusive you can take crisps, waffles, gyros, Tai nuddels, freshly cooked pizza between lunch and dinner.
To faliraki you need to travel by bus near 7 minutes or 30 minutes by walk. Bus stop is near the hotel.
Vegetables in main restaurant: not all tomatoes were ripe, cabbage was not cut daily.

Great first time experience of all inclusive. Nice pool and fantastic private beach. Lots of activities and evening shows, loads of food in the restaurant and snack bars including pizza and crepes. Close to the waterpark and Faliraki night life- we walked to both. Easy to get to Rhodes town via the local bus which stops right outside the hotel.
Air con didnt work in one of the bedrooms and nothing was dont about it when we reported it to reception. Very hit and miss with the reception staff- one went out of their way to be helpful and gave us some great tips to avoid the crowds, another we asked twice to book us the boat trip to lindos but as they were too busy asked us to keep coming back, eventually we ended up just booking it online and never heard from the reception staff until wed been and come back from the trip and they said theyd booked it for us and we owed them money. After explaining that wed paid online as we had no luck at reception, they said it would come out of their tips. It was incredibly frustrating as we did not confirm with them and they did not follow up with us in a timely manner what they had done. This put a dampener on what was a fantastic holiday.
