Location, team, service .
This resort soupose to be a Luxury resort , the rooms (with private pool) need renovation , and they are pretty small.
Coffee machine is a basic in that room level standard - we needed to pay for it extra charge..

Great friendly staff, poolside area and pools. Rooms extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good. We had the buffet dinner once which was also a very high standard. You were made to feel very welcome.

Location can be hard to access without a car or a taxi but it was not problem for us.

This was my first solo visit abroad and I cant praise the lovely hard working staff and facilities enough. The fact I didnt feel like I was here alone says it all. Infact I wish I could stay longer. I had a fantastic stay and was welcomed immediately on arrival with champagne. When I arrived at my room I had a lovely bottle of wine and birthday wishes. The view from my balcony terrace was incredible. I would recommend getting up before sunrise to experience a beautiful view.. The food was lovely in the evenings at the multiple restaurants available also. There is a chapel at the top of the resort with amazing views of the area. I will most certainly be back next year and would definitely recommend to all kinds of people whether youre solo, with a partner or with a friend. Thank you so much to everybody at the hotel and see you all next year. Much love!

Very beautiful resort. Nice swimming pools, delicious food. We enjoyed ours stay a lot.
The tea, coffee and milk should be top up every day in the room, but it wasn't. The same with the shower products. Bit disappointing for a 5* hotel.

The room was nice, clean spacious, breakfast was plentiful though was strange to stand in line in the morning
The private pool was so cold it was unbearable. It was much much colder than the sea. We dis not use it.

We had a suite with a private pool but it was freezing cold despite warm weather. I assume it was heated but it was not so we never used it.

I can not fault this hotel. It was excellent, from the moment we were picked up at the security gate and checked in. Its exceptionally clean and run with smooth efficient and friendly staff.
I cant fault the service or property.

The real estate was super, staff and facilties also excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was very well laid out
OK the shuttle bus system is a good idea given the layout but depending on where you were you were located it was hit and miss. Where we were there were no facilties to get a drink or drink without the whole shuttle bus process. A big negative
