Being close to the sea. Excellent sea views. Most staff were very friendly. The entertainment. Easy access to food. Good range of food. Easy to book a room online when my daughter arrived.
The weather!
Not so easy to book another room at reception. Restaurants ran out of English Breakfast tea.staff couldnt find any when requested. Ghost like noise from bathroom pipes in the middle of the night!

The personal are very friendly.
It is on the beach. There are always free sun beds and umbrellas .
Food was excellent.
The rooms are not the newest. Especially the bathroom. But we didnt spend to many times there as we were on the beach.

The lifeguard is doing a really great job.
Animation team is doing his job.
Was not overcrowed as in October, can't tell in high season.
Great children park.
That's the area but the beach is pebble and sand, so not the best for small kids.

We loved everything about this Hotel! From the beautiful and clean facilities, the great location, the wonderful all-inclusive experience and the qaulity of food, to the wonderful staff and the GREAT animation team! Our only regret was that it was too short of a visit!
One small thing that was quickly corrected by the shift manager is that we initially were given a room that was different than the one I chose on Booking.
But once I brought it to their attention, it was resolved and we enjoyed the replacement room that we got.

The service and the facilities were very good
*****Please be aware of the kids club.***** Make sure the operator of the children's club has changed since our staying there, they won't take any responsibility in case one of your children get hurt.
We were in the children's club with our 2 18 months old babies, playing with them, when a ball went through the door and hit one of them very hard in the head, knocked him down. We were afraid of concussion.
It turned out that, they let a group of adults play aggressive football on the kids club area (right in front of the entrance!!).
After the incident, the person that was in charge of the kids club at that time, didn't take any responsibility and acted like it doesn't concern him, although it could happened to any of the 4 year old that were there at that time, without their parents (there were about 20 of them).....
The hotel managers helped with the doctor and took care the situation.

The staff were great, helpful and kind. The location was good and the food was mostly tasty. A lot of sweet stuff and cocktail options. The view from the room was beautiful.
The hotel is a bit dated. The food areas are overcrowded. There are not many vegetarian tasty options. Had to change the magnetic card many times for my room and there was no shampoo, just body wash, which isn't good enough for a 4 star hotel. Having a beach bag in the room would have been nice, too

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and I should say it exceeded our expectations. Looking from the outside, the faade of the hotel is rather outdated and does not promise much however interiors of the main area were obviously renovated and were well thought, modern and comfortable. The hotel is mainly visited by families with kids, as we were traveling with our 1-year old daughter I can understand why. There are a lot of amenities for children - several pools, playgrounds, green areas, waterslides, specific food sections, etc. The water on the beach up front is very clean and pleasant, despite the fact that the beach is not really sandy but more like a mix of sand and pebbles. Daily cleaning services throughout the whole resort and in the rooms were well done. Staff are well trained and very kind. We were happy that there was enough staff in any part of the resort if we needed them. What we were really surprised about was the variety and more importantly, quality of the food. There were a lot of options for any preferences. We were pleased to find a "mama's home-made" section, which we found very appropriate for our daughter. We also enjoyed a lot the sea food section and the grill one. I really did not expect to have such different, well cooked and overall quite good fish and sea food options updated on daily basis. I came in skeptical but I must admit I would gladly come back to the hotel.
Furniture in rooms is a bit outdated as well as the faade of the hotel itself - not a big issue really Beach is pebbly so bring your aqua shoes Those are minor remarks... the only big issue that we had is with the annoying sunbeds booking by throwing a few towels around by (I would say most) of the guests. People were literally waking up in the early hours to reserve spots in the beach AND around pools. By the time breakfast finished it was practically impossible to find an unreserved sunbed around the pools. Management of the hotel is posting messages around the premises but something more adequate should be taken as measure.

facilities and kids ammenities were great. ocean views are amazing.
rooms are quite dated. AC wasnt very strong, so the room never felt cool. And the fridge never got cold. all inclusive was worth it, but not a high quality selection of cocktails.
