Wonderful
Lovely room and nice beach (pebbles though. Staff were excellent and the place is super clean(as you would expect from 5*). We chose an Elite room which had separate rooftop area for breakfast which was lovely. Entertainment most nights although we didn't use it much
Not many places to eat around the hotel so you either go into Faliraki or Rhodes Town (we loved Rhodes Town)or have to pay for hotel buffet

Layout of the facilities, the atmosphere was pleasant. Loved eating outdoors.
The shower in our room was very small and difficult to maneuver in. Rm 3504. Honestly I think its somewhat dangerous for older people.

The hotel is comfortable, excellent service in restaurants and in the territory. Calm atmosphere. Conveniently located. Rodos City is 20 minutes by bus, Faliraki 5 minutes. Buses run frequently and quickly. A large, rocky beach with a blue flag. You must kill for approaching the sea!
As you know the main service of the hotel: Comfortable bed! Pillows do not correspond to the level of 5 stars! Flat and hard!

It was just amazing!!! Everything was perfect. Its perfectly located. The service was top notch. Rooms were great! Special shout out to Marilena who was amazing to us at breakfast. She made us feel so special (even remembering our coffee orders each morning).

It was right on the beach. The facility was beautiful with delicious breakfast with wide variety of options and lots of deserts and fresh fruits and vegetables. The room was big and comfortable with beautiful terrace with ocean view. We had king bed with an extra single bed and the room was spacious and comfortable.
There wasnt enough sunbeds around the the pool. Everybody save them early in the morning. After breakfast you dont get to have a chair. But if you go to the beach you can find a bed..

Very good breakfast and restaurant manager was delightful man who showed us to our table ordered our tea and coffee chatting with guests
The rude lady on reception accusing us of not paying before we got there! She walked off!! Very rude! Manager is a v rude man no soul in this beautiful hotel could b so much better! Disgraceful

Very clean and wonderful staff
I emailed your property about booking an excursion ahead of time and was clearly told I dont need to do it ahead of time and unfortunately, by the time we got to the hotel everything was booked. We were extremely upset and your hotel did nothing for us to make good on the bad advice they gave us. They didnt upgrade us. They didnt do anything they didnt even apologize.
