Ikaros is in an excellent location within 10 minutes of beaches and the centre of Faliraki.
The good sized balcony looked out towards the hills and you could see the sea!
The room was clear and comfortable with full size fridge, electric kettle and hotplate with enough crockery and cutlery and even a small bottle of wine to welcome me.
The bathroom was modern and there was always hot water.
Staff were friendly and the cleaning lady cheerful!
Overall, good value for the price!
Had a slight issue with the shower flooding out of the bathroom but after lying a bathmat across the floor I soon got used to it!

Good place, 10 minutes walk from Faliraki center, near is a bus stop to Rhodes/Lindos (but bus timetable is a little bit tricky, we were waiting about 1h bus to Tsambika beach, that didnt came in time). Beach also about 5-10 minutes walk, depending on what beach you are going. You have a small kitchen in apartment, but we didnt use anything except tea kettle, because around is so many places where you can eat (and everything is so delicious!). Air con working well and is free, but its located above bed, thats why we didnt use it at night. Also room cleaning is everyday, towel they change every 2 day.
Only thing that wasnt so good, noice from another hotel. I cant precisely say from where was sound, looks like from hotel, that is little bit uphill and in 1km from apartments, but every evening at 9 pm and till late night there is different shows or events and sometime you can hear music or voices from there (maybe because of the wind and because in front of Ikaros is a field). But if you sleep with closed window - everything is ok.

The hospitality was amazing.
They added an extra table into our room for extra comfort.
Also, one day, when we returned from the beach, I found a plate full of figs as a gift from the owners.
What a gesture .

The bed it wasn't soft at all it was a very hard mattress, but that is my personal preference.

Hidden gem in perfect location: 5 mins walk to the beach & 10 mins walk to the city centre. Supermarkets in a few mins walking distance, too. Quiet neighborhood & super friendly hosts.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ikaros Studios for my vacation, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. This vacation rental had several positive points that made my stay truly enjoyable.
First and foremost, the location of Ikaros Studios was fantastic. It was just a short 10-minute walk away from the bustling center of Faliraki, allowing easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer. At the same time, being slightly away from the loudness of the center ensured a peaceful and relaxing environment for a good night's sleep.
Another great aspect of the location was its proximity to Kathara Beach, a mere 3 minutes away. I loved being able to stroll down to the beach and soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters whenever I wanted. Additionally, Anthony Queen Bay was also within reach, either by a pleasant 30-minute walk or by taking the conveniently located bus right around the corner of the street.
The ammenities at Ikaros Studios were lovely. The room had a nice balcony where I could sit and enjoy my morning coffee or unwind in the evenings while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The pool was also a delightful feature, providing a perfect spot to relax and cool off on hot days.
One thing I appreciated about the rental was that all the appliances were new and well-maintained. The air conditioning, in particular, worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable and cool atmosphere during my stay.
Lastly, I cannot emphasize enough how kind and welcoming the host, Dimitras, was. Her warm hospitality and genuine care for her guests truly made a difference in my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable time, and her presence added an extra touch of warmth to the entire experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Ikaros Studios for anyone looking for a pleasant vacation rental in Faliraki. With its convenient location, beautiful amenities, and the exceptional hospital
It's worth mentioning that the bathroom was a bit small, although this was only a mild inconvenience. The shower space could be slightly challenging, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience I had at Ikaros Studios.

Location is perfect. Clean every day. Dimitraki is amazing and we already miss her. Stamatis is very friendly and helpful owner. Beaches and shops are very near by. Can not wait to turn back.

Very good location outside of the party side of the faliraki, comfy beds, hot water and good pressure in the shower, the owner was very helpful- always answered my messages very quickly, smart tv with netflix etc, good size of the balcony with the drying rack and table with two chairs. In general- there is eveything you need
swimmming pool area was closed when we were there, there is no iron to iron your clothes so bare that in mind, also the shower was a bit tricky, because it didnt have a wall so you have to be very careful while taking a shower not to make the bathroom wet

Very good space, great staff (especially older cleaning lady, she was an angel) and cleaning services. Access to pool any time. Situated 4min from beach, bus stop nearby, shops and restaurants nearby, lots of parking space in front of hotel. Very good AC. Hotel in very quiet and calm area. Basically everything was awesome.
