Beach & sea - beautiful Staff - very friendly & helpful Territory - spacious, clean, high end Food & drinks - good taste and quality. Also A La Carte restaurants were indeed great too Wi-Fi - worked well everywhere including beach Convenience store in the lobby - very comfortable to pick up everyday small items Entertainment for kids - a lot of fun Evening entertainment for seniors / families - very nice. Live music etc.
Entertainment for young & active - no disco. Only quieter more family style Rooms and many areas are not modern. Not necessarily a problem but it's seen Sea side view rooms - unlike a nice picture on the website, instead of seeing sea side and hotel area, you will see a huge construction site. Be careful when booking this category

Nice a la carte restaurants nice view and beach friendly staff except manager
the quality of alcohol is really bad. the first day I got sick after drinking only one drink. we were not all inclusive.
they serve the same quality of alcohol also to people who do not have all inclusive. I paid 14 euros for an aperitif spritz that contained sparkling wine from Belgium of low quality which costs 4 euros a bottle in wine shop in Belgium. Honestly it was really bad I could not drink it. when I asked the manager if they had better quality for people who are not all inclusive he told me yes and that I can ask it at the bars. I had to go to three different bars ask for the better quality they told me that they dont have and they give the same that they give to all inclusive. the manager came to me to tell that it was his mistake and he thought that I ment the Aperol and not the wine and that they did not have better wine for the aperol.
since I was sick the first day from the bad quality of gin tonic that I drank and the bad quality of aperol spritz and other drinks I had to spend most of my time outside the hotel in order to enjoy my days and dont get sick. although that I booked a 5 star hotel and I was expecting not to have to go to other places all the time but be able to enjoy in the hotel and rest which obvious was not the case
Minor things: the double bed was short for a person 1.88 because they had a board and part of it was under the broad so we had to ask to pull more out than the bed the mattress and that how we slept all the days
I had to call to reception for bringing new shampoo one day and conditioner next because they did not check and refill them
there were long queues for breakfast
I was informed about the application with activities only 2 days before I left

If you dont pay for all inclusive then the dining options are minimal and very expensive. If dining external then taxis are required

Rooms were clean, but you can not tell that the resort was renovated for few years ago. Food for breakfast was ok, but the same every day. Taxi to old town Rhodes takes ca 12mins, and there you can find several fine dining restaurants and local tavernas that serves high quality food.
Difficult to find sunbed at the swimmingpool. You need to wake up very early to reserve the spot. We stayed in the period when extreme heats and forrest fire caused evacuating people from other parts of Rhodes, so our hotel was even fuller than usual, and we did not get any official information how this will affect us. We booked this place primarly because of kids club, but that one was closed during our stay. We stayed with a toddler and experienced several times that we had to wait very long for the elevator. Receptionsts were very rude, get irritated if you ask too many questions. Food was avarage, definetely not a 5-star hotel quality. A la carte restaurants were serving food recycled from buffe but charged it 3 times higher. There is no espresso machine in the whole hotel, so you pay 4e for extremly bad coffee, without possibility to order a nicer one. All in all I wolud not recommend this mediocre hotel to family with small kids. I guess the good reviews only comes from guests that book all inclusive and dont care about queus, loud music, quality of the drinks and food served.

The location, the food, the pool, the beach
The aircon in public area is not sufficient. The summer days are hot and very humid, and in the dinning hall its too hot to sit and enjoy the good food. Also the water park hours are very short (close at 5:00pm)and the slides are open one at a time even though its not our first rime and we expected this- its still disappointing and one could expect to have a least 3 open all together, its the same policy at other hotels with water parks.. Regarding the pool- why not to have 2 or more nights of late swim The pool is beautifully lighted at night, it could be perfect to have a night swim and with the bar open

Athena behind the bar everyday was great, she was super friendly, always happy and really hard working. She is an asset to your hotel and should be rewarded for how great she is.
Dietaries werent advertised with food items in any of the buffets which is disappointing and there was no iron in the room!

Breakast was amazing. Staff were lovely and helpful - especially bar man Thanos who was so kind and welcoming to us. We received complimentary snacks and treats on several days which was very kind. Pool facilities were great - although often hard to find a bed to lounge on. Room was luxurious and mountain view was beautiful. Entertainment was great and water park was a lot of fun. Location between old rhodes town and Faliraki was ideal with easy bus link whoch were cheap and regular. Would highly recommend!
Some staff were not helpful - such as the head of all the bars who was rude to us and kep us hostage when trying to buy a drink and the menu price did not match the till price so he kept us at the bar for 20 mins just to receive the 2 euro difference from us.
