Staff were very friendly and the room spacious clean and comfy. Very well located with walking distance to shops & sea.
The gym area. The equipment was a bit abandoned and not sufficient and the space wasn't any clean.

Location and room design.
For two out of seven nights, the AC didn't work. The staff was dismissive. They ignored my request to take care of it after the first night, and it happened again 2 nights after that. I couldn't sleep, and I was there to rest. Staff seemed not interested in my dissatisfaction.

- During the night, using the WC disturbed the person sleeping in the bedroom, as the toilet’s lighting setup illuminated the bedroom area.
- The room’s floor and coffee tables were dusty.
- Privacy concern: The receptionist who checked us in entered our room, with our permission, under the pretext of explaining the TV and internet setup, instead of simply providing a written guide, as is commonly expected.
- The shower gel ran out and was neither refilled nor replaced during the daily housekeeping service.

We liked the size of the apartment, plenty of space for 2 people. We were able to cook when we wanted to and do our laundry as well.
A bit of a walk to the old town but it was not a big problem.

The room is nice, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
It might be a personal preference, but I don't like it when the bathroom doesn't have a door. The whole room is an open space, and the toilet has a half-door (so does the shower).

Modern and very clean property. Close to center. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were clean and hot. There is a central AC, so the rooms were very well air-conditioned in the hot weather. Great place, I would absolutely stay here again.

Climate control did not work, WI-FI was slow a glitchy, you can hear when people above you flushes toilet. No instructions on how to find front desk (it took me around 5-7 min) hidden fees, they claim that there is free parking but you have to pay 15€ security deposit for parking card and they give you 14€ back at the end (claiming that you have to pay tourist fee), not a big deal but, no one tells you about it at the beginning.

Great location for us. Comfortable and suited our needs.
The staff were really helpful both in sorting a small issue we had and arranging some taxis for us. They were all really friendly.
For a luxury apartment the shower is not up to standard. The showerhead holder was insufficient and unable to direct the shower stream. Would suggest that a rainfall shower would be more of a standard expected. Would also be helpful to inform customers on arrival as to using the hot water switch, needed if low levels of sunlight. The staff were helpful once we enquired about it though.
