The location was excellent – just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for daily seaside visits. The room was well-prepared, with complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee provided, which was a nice touch after a day out. The room itself was clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The housekeeping service was prompt and consistent. Overall, a great place to stay for beach lovers looking for convenience.

The staff was nice, the location was good, it was clean, people were friendly and nice atmosphere. The restaurant was great!
Nothing - sometimes people got noisy in the stairwell by our room but it was minimal from my experience.

Location is perfect. Overlooks quaint fishing harbor. Great view of beach and sunset. Short walk to "Old Town" with nice shops. Food in restaurant is great and not over priced. Staff is excellent. Highly recommend. You're seaside for $55 a nite! Incredible bargain for one of the best places in the world.

This is exactly the no-fuss pleasant room that I wanted. The view from the balcony was wonderful, watching amazing sunsets and looking out over the water, and the location was exceptional. The beach is right there and there were so many restaurant options. If you want hotel type services, this place is not for you. I wanted a simple room in a great location and not to be bothered - this place was perfect for that and clean. I had one breakfast and one dinner at the restaurant downstairs (Woodstock), and the food and service was lovely.
The water pooling on the bathroom floor after showers was annoying - having a squeegee handy or a shower curtain would solve this problem.

Wonderful
This is my favorite place to stay whenever we come to Chania. It has a great location next to the beach, surrounded by a number of restaurants. There is a nice cafe downstairs. The place is clean. This time we had the room with seaview and a balcony to watch the sunset, which was also nice.

No hot water. Mentioned it to staff and fixed the problem temporarily. Last night of our stay had no hot water again.

Beds weren’t comfortable
AC is not robust. Had it down to 17 degrees just to get it to feel 22-23 in the room.

Shower was very small and they could use a luggage room so things are not just stored by the restaurant.

the hotel wifi connection didnt reach our room on the third floor. when we stayed on the first floor and we had no issues but after switching rooms it didn’t work.

Awesome location, great view, and just steps from the beach. The staff were super nice, and the restaurant downstairs has a solid menu.
A shower curtain is urgently needed, as water is spilling outside the shower area.

Quite noisy. Room was quite small and restaurant noise comes up the stairs. Not sure why they don’t close the door to the staircase.

I read a lot of comments about small bathroom and I thought “what issue could this be?”, so seeing it it was not an issue for us (group of 3 thin ladies) but I could imagine that for a person of bigger size or height it could be real challenge. We reserved 3 single beds but had 1 single and 1 double which was not ideal. The location is really good

It was the second time that we spent a week vacation at the Stelisia rooms and, same as the first time, everything was fine. Will return for more next year.
As a slight min point, the sound isolation between the rooms is not that good. You can hear people talking in the room next to yours as if they are in your room ;)

Great location if you don’t want to stay in the crazy center of Chania. We love Chania but during the season it can be overcrowded. So staying out here is a bonus. Would return

the rooms were clean, staff was friendly. the hotel has a very nice cafe with a diverse menu and nice service. the hotel is very close to the beach and easy to get to.
the bathrooms were very small and the translucent doors on the bathrooms don't make any sense. didn't particularly mind since I was travelling with close friends but definitely was a little uncomfortable.
