The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and inviting. They would engage in conversation as we would return to the hotel, inquire about our day, ask if we needed any services or information. Very helpful recommending local resources and arranging transports. They seemed proud of their hotel and engaged in our stay.

Special thanks to Dimitrious, the operations manager for his assistance and expert advice. Beds were extremely comfortable!
We wished the pool was open for use, as that was the main reason why we picked this hotel.

This hotel was incredible! The staff went above and beyond to help us while we were there from the small details, to the bigger items like booking taxis and travel recommendations. They had some of the best customer service I have experienced in recent years, especially George who works all around the hotel in different areas!
The only thing we didn’t like was that you couldn’t change the temperature in the room to be colder.

Very clean modern and fantastic breakfast.Great communication through Booking and attentive service when we had to leave our luggage to return for another night. It is a short walk to the Old town and right next to the bus station so we had no problem with getting the bus to the southern part of the island. Even an amazing upgrade to The Suite for our first night ! Delicious meal - yum mushroom risotto and pesto pasta - at the Bistro. Highly recommend the Samaria for Chania

The property is close to the Old town Chania. The hotel is very clean. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast has wide selection. We would definitely stay here again if we end up in Crete again.

The staff were lovely and very helpful , the cleaner of our rooms was lovely , she helped us move our stuff for to another room for the late checkout. Having a late checkout was appreciated as we had a very late flight.
Very small pool area, very busy and noisy bus station behind the pool area , my view from my balcony was a building site , banging waking me every morning, causing dust to come in when opening my balcony door. , breakfast wasn’t to our taste, very heavy traffic outside and around the hotel , my son’s room quite small for the price paid . The view from their room was the noisy bus station .

From the time we landed to when we were checking out, we were met with such warmth and incredible hospitality. I want to personally thank each one of you - I call you the fabulous 5 - because you made this stay extra special and memorable for us. We are truly grateful for all the kindness you showed us. We have stayed at many hotels all around the world but the service we received here, the kindness, the professionalism, was unlike anything we have ever experienced before. Location is perfect. Few steps from the historical center and from the bus station. Was great to come back after a full day out with a long bus trip to arrive just at the door of the hotel.
The staff was always very nice and helpfull.
The breakfast is also very good with a good variety and tasty cakes. However we stayed for 10 days so bit repetitive towards the end.
We choose to have cleaning every 2 days. This was preferable as there is no necessity of more. However, with this choice we easily run out of shower gel and water. The room service was not coherent providing supplies. Sometimes we had new water bottles, sometimes no.
