We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years. It’s exceptional value spacious rooms, very very clean, perfect location in the heart of old town, two min walk to the harbour and five mins walk to the bus station.
Nothing - the stairs are steep but very safe.

Right in the heart of the old city, perfect to roam Chania. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Air conditioning, firdge, TV, shampoos and toothbrushes, towels, the works.
It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Had a great stay in Chania! The location is truly the best- close to everything. The staff were super helpful and kind. We arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly let us check in as soon as the room was ready. I’m not sure about the other rooms, but ours was very calm and spacious. Honestly, we didn’t hear any noise from outside, which made the stay even more relaxing. Would definitely come back!

Perfect location. The hotel is situated in the heart of Chania Old Town, so it is in proximity to the main points of interest, and enables walking around on foot. At times it would get noisy (in the evening) but not too much. The room was spacious. I stayed at the one that included a kitchenette and fridge, and a coffee machine, though I did not use these facilities. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The bed was super comfortable. I used the air conditioning for a few hours to warm up the room (I stayed on a humid and quite chilly day), and the heating worked great. The staff were very polite and helpful.
My main issue was the wifi, which did not work well - I used both the simple one and the 5G one, the latter worked better, though the professional video conference that I had to do from the room was interrupted a couple of times, even then. The machine for card payments did not work, and I had received no prior notice about paying by cash - fortunately I had some cash with me, but this complicated the payment as I travelled for work.

I enjoyed my stay at Narkissos last month and decided to re booked it straight away for when I returned to Chania for Easter celebrations.
The hosts are very warm, friendly, and welcoming and make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The view from the room is amazing!!?
The apartment is immaculately clean and is equipped with everything you need from, kitchen equipment, bathroom toiletries, including slippers, to even an iron for your clothes.
The bed is very comfy, and even though the apartment is in a busy central street, it is quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.
The location is right in the port and central for all your coffee, food and shopping needs, and the hosts even have a friendly bar downstairs with great music, especially if your a fan on the 80's.
I highly recommend Narkissos, and I definitely will be staying here again when I come to Chania. ?

Very good staff and welcoming from the owners, they help us to bring the things to the room. Location was good, 1min walk from the port but you have to walk from the road about 2min to get there. It was comfortable and very clean and smell nice! It was a studio with 4 beds. The shower big and comfortable with nice smell on the towels.

This hotel is perfect for everything!!
It is right in the center of Chania's famous port, close to cafés, bars and nightlife.
The room is kept very clean and tidy, and it is equipped with everything you need for your stay.
The hosts are very friendly and make you feel welcome.
I loved staying here, and I have already booked to stay here again for Easter.
This hotel is a perfect choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.
Just like most places, you only have one key, so it's a little difficult if you are travelling with company and wanting to do separate things.
But there is no fault with the hotel, everything was great!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Next to our request, the host added an extra bed in the room at no extra cost. Additionally the staff was very kind and friendly. All the basic facilities were available in the room. The Narkissos hotel is really downtown and all the points of interest are within easy reach. It was a value for money booking.

Located very centrally. We walked every day around old town and port area. The host is great. We arrived at 10 pm and had no problem to check in. The bar downstairs is the place to check in. Also as a guest, you can get 10% discount at this bar.
The room was big, had all necessities.
Very steep stairs. No elevator. We didn’t have any problems to walk up and down, and we knew that in advance. But if you have problems walking up and down stairs, ask for a lower level at least.
