Very Poor
I don’t like the property, the atmosphere is not safe and unfortunately not clean.
The person that delivered the key was I disrespectful, unprofessional and unfriendly. I left 5min after I saw the dirty bad room. The man was drunk and finally gave me the key after I said that I was tired and wanted to do my check in right away, but his expectation was to seat with me and continue drinking with me.

Wonderful
The location is perfect, it is a short walk from the beach in one of the most beautiful parts of the old town. The owner is very kind, he was helpful and flexible both on arrival and departure. The room is perfectly clean and quiet, equipped with air conditioning and TV.

Location was good.
Old and stained towels and bath mat. Ugly decor.
Bathroom very small and crowded. Impossible to use the sink without spilling water because so tiny and shelf above it so close.
Not a good value; price too high for the low quality of the place.

It's the worst room I've ever been to in my life, the floor was super dirty, the bathroom with intimate hairs with pee in the rate, the curtains full of black patches, the bathroom was like to catch a disease it's horrible the room

You can check-in until midnight - it was very useful in our situation. The Owner is sociable and friendly. He treated us to a local Wodka rakya and we chatted for about an hour. The place was clean and towels were provided. The room was small but had a private bathroom and toilet. It is located in the historic old town of Chania, very close to lokal attractions and the beach in Old town harbor. The owner was helpful in answering questions about local attractions/ shops/ rent a car/ scouters etc.

The hotel has a good terrace that we enjoyed sitting. Location is in the shopping and restaurant area also 5 minutes to the harbour. You can swim in Nea Chora beach which is 15 minutes away. The host helped us when we needed.
There was a lot of dust in the room.
