Exceptional location & view … top floor little balcony perched up high overlooking Chania’s lovely harbour view and beyond. Lively pedestrian walkway to watch the world go by. Super clean large simple room. Central location allowed us to easily come and go throughout the day.
Handheld shower only within tub without a curtain … simple but worked.

The location is the draw, and the room is comfortable.
I've stayed at hothe many times and always enjoyed my stay. In the past, I was given a room with a view of the harbor. this time, being a single, I had a room on the busy pedestrian walkway. The room was good, although small, and offered a view of the upper story of the restaurant's kitchen. across from the walkway.

I had a great stay at Lucia Hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making sure everything went smoothly. The location is excellent — close to key attractions and public transport — and the 24-hour reception made check-in and assistance easy at any time. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommended!

Location and balcony were terrific. Soundproof doors to the balcony were very nice. Housekeeping staff excellent. If you are going to the airport, go early in morning when taxis can go to the door. Streets are cobblestone and not roller bag friendly. Staff will contact taxi for you the day before.

Super location overlooking harbor. Great view and convenient to many good restaurants. Close enough to Chania bus station to walk to with carry on bags.
Super small bath. Shower was like many found in older hotels in Greece with tiny shower curtain.

The location was right on the water with lots of good restaurants to choose from.
We had a restaurant right below our window and the smoke drifted in. The evenings were quite noisy with the restaurant.

Beautiful view of the harbor from the sea view balcony. You can hear the live music in the morning from the main square. We watched the Tuesday evening Cretan dance parade from our balcony. The staff was extremely helpful with taxi service, leaving our luggage after check-out, and answering our questions.
Plumbing and hard water in any Old Town typically have issues. It would have been great to have a shower curtain to keep the bathroom dry.
