The hotel is in perfect location, right in the touristy center of town. It is on a very busy street, so there is some street noise, but it's fine, because the location is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very well equipped. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! :-) I really enjoyed my stay and will be staying there next time.
Parking lot is very small, so I can imagine during busy months it might not be possible to get a spot there. It's not really a problem, though, it's just a minor inconvenience. While street parking near hotel is very limited, there is a large public lot just a few minutes away by foot.

The beds were comfy and the room was a fair size. The hotel is located in the centre of town.
We had lunch in the restaurant/bar, and the food was not good quality or enjoyable. The parking situation is a nightmare; it is not made clear that the car park is located down a side street from the hotel. Since we weren't given this info ahead of booking, we got stuck driving round in a loop for 20 minutes trying to find it because of the one-way road system. We spent a lot of time maneuvering around the tiny car park, only for an attendant to take our key and drive our car elsewhere. We were asked what time we needed the car the next day, and despite giving the time, our car was not ready at that time the following day. As we were travelling to work, this was understandably not ideal. We don't drink tea, so we asked housekeeping for one extra Nescafé sachet in the morning and were essentially told off by two women who came to the door to tell us we weren't allowed an extra sachet because we were two people. Seems unnecessarily inhospitable over a 10-cent coffee sachet. The room was quite dated, and combined with our stressful experience parking/arriving, poor quality lunch, and unfriendly morning staff, my 6/10 rating reflects that it did not feel like value for money at all.

The hotel locates just on the other side of the Old Market to have easy access to major attractions. The staff prepare a welcome drink for every guest. Breakfast is palatable with various food and drinks. Staff are helpful to answer my questions and call a taxi for me.
No fridge in the room--this is a shortcoming. Room is not so spacious with simple decorations. Bed is not very wide for one person. Price is a bit higher than surrounding hotels. Parking is not possibly easy for road trippes.

The hotel rooms are comfortable but quite small. I can't imagine how two people would have managed. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The Kydon is located a short distance from the Old Town and harbor and a short walk to restaurants and shops.
The bathroom is very tiny. One has to limbo around the door to get to the toilet and perform a similar dance to get in and out of the shower.

It is central to all the cafe’s and stores! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as very pleasant and welcoming.
The view of the parking lot was not so nice and no shade at all in the afternoon. Bring an umbrella!

We had a wonderful experience at Kydon Hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is also perfect—central and convenient for exploring Chania. Highly recommend!
