Arrived late night, we had informed we would get there late and we could not get in. Door wouldn't open. We put the code over and over again. Nothing. We were stranded outside on the middle of the night with nowhere to go. We tried to book another facility but everything was sold out. Luckily our friends had booked another hotel room nearby and we squeezed with them on the floor till morning. Next day problem was solved.

We liked the location in the middle of the city, and at the same time close to the beach. We enjoyed the room and the roof terrace which was good for enjoying the sun, playing games etc. And then everyone was so helpful and nice in the place!
One day the towels were not changed, which was a shame as we needed new ones.

super central and still quite silent at night in the lovely heart of Chania. small room but clean and organised. and the best thing is really the close distance to the lively old city center with its harbor and lighthouse and all the nice places to hang out.

Great location, in the heart of the old city and quiet, exceptionally clean rooms with A/C.
Lovely rooftop terrace and also safe place.
Great host, Mr John was very helpful throughout the duration of our stay, even offered a free super late checkout!
Definitely would stay there again.

The place was full of cockroaches. I don't mean one or two, more like an invasion! When we told the host they were super ignorant and arrogant. They have told us that they have done everything that the government will make them do. Other than that the cockroaches were flying from the outside because we left the windows open. Well they were not just in our room but everywhere in the building. We also had another issue, the water stopped. The person working in one of the stores told us it was not paid. There was a note also. The host again ignored this for quite a while. Also the rooms did not match the pictures. Everything is a lot older than on the pictures. I have been using booking for quite some time now and I can say this was my worst experience ever!
