Bardzo miło spędziliśmy tu czas. Pokój rzeczywiście mógłby skorzystać z remontu, ale spełnia swoją funkcję. Przemiły personel, czysty basen, przystępnie cenowo market hotelowy, zejście do plaży, naprawdę klasa. Klima hula bez problemu. Dostępne jest żelazko i suszarka z dyfuzorem. Śniadanie podstawowe, jest jajecznica, jogurt, płatki chleb, dodatki, lemoniada do picia, lód, etc.
Na naszym balkonie żyły mrówki, pojedyncze wchodziły do środka i zwiedzały ściany. Na korytarzach na 3 piętrze było bardzo duszno. Poza tym super.

The room was clean and spacious ( we had a room for 3 persons ) with a balcony and hot tub, the location is perfect 12 minutes walk to old town the strip near the hotel is full of restaurants that u can choose from

The location is great, steps to the beach but also just far enough from the city center for it to be both peaceful and accessible. Staff were great. Housekeeping did a great job everyday. Beautiful landscaping.

I mostly like the location. It was so relaxing, beautiful and has a as good vibe just being in front of the beach resort and surrounded by restaurants. A walking distance to Old Chania town.
The staff were accommodating, helpful and courteous. The room is clean and with balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. Buffet breakfast was exceptional with lots of options and spacious space again it’s overlooking the ocean.
This is the best accommodation we have since coming in Greece. Thank you all for making our stay meaningful and satisfying.
There is no microwave but I realized that most of the hotels has none either.

I didn’t like that I was asked to pay the security deposit in cash (which I didn’t)!! when the hotel policies state that no payments should be made in cash, cards only.
Overall, I enjoyed the hotel, but I did feel that the service at check-in was not within the hotel policy.

Very Good
The location was great, and the hotel staff was friendly. I liked that we could walk to the old town, the port, and the city center from the hotel and there was a great bakery nearby, Wood Oven. The apartment had a private jacuzzi on the terrace, which was fantastic, but towards the end of our stay we had doubts about the maintenance of the water, so actually didn't use it the last two days, sadly. We raised the question but were told the staff had already left for the day so nothing could be done. The size of the apartment was comfortable for four people.
The kitchen facilities in the apartment were small, a bit dated, and awkward to use with the folding doors to access the fridge and stove. I think the kitchen facilities could be updated to match the rest of the apartment, which is quite comfortable. For the price we paid, we were surprised that there was no breakfast included, and also that there was no option to get a quick breakfast. I know it's holidays and we should have all the time in the world, but when heading out for a day trip one day we ordered breakfast at the snack bar on hotel premises thinking it would be faster than heading out to a bakery nearby, however we waited one hour for our breakfast order.

Location and balcony.
Cleaning staff were rude and never left us beach towels. We had to ask for beach towels every day from the reception. They were also rude when trying to help us with the coffee machine.
