Wonderful location right in the Chania harbor area! Amazing views from our room and balcony as well as from the hotel's spacious rooftop (tables/chairs set up). We enjoyed relaxing in the sun with the views, above the hustle and bustle below. This place has one of the best views compared to other places you could stay around the harbor (nice size room balcony, location of rooftop). Centrally located, walkable to many interesting areas in Chania (pier/lighthouse walk at sunset, churches, Turkish area, restaurants, shopping etc). One of our favorite places to visit during our 2-week trip to Greece - combination of history, scenic views, size/feeling of town. Reception desk staff were great - very helpful in answering questions before our trip (via messaging on Booking.com) and during our stay. Loved the architecture of the room - wood beamed ceiling. Feels very Venetian with the room and harbor views but a cleaner, smaller version of Venice :)! Staff also very helpful in booking a taxi and helping us with luggage on the morning of our departure (taxi came to the back of the hotel, right by the water). Would have liked more days here!

We had a wonderful stay and our room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the harbor. Love that we could open our windows and get the fresh air in our room. The staff were extremely helpful. If you do not like stairs, be careful what room you select. It is a beautiful old building with all the charm, but with all the modern amenities that you will need. Fantastic location.
You only had one pillow, but I never asked for a second. I am sure if I needed more they would’ve given it to me.

Fabulous location & views!
The stairs ( we were on the 3rd floor) might be worth mentioning, there are no lifts and people could pack accordingly. Although my husband almost died carrying the bags up the Staff were excellent carrying the bags down.

Fabulous staff and the absolutely best location. The restaurant under the hotel was buzzing and served delicious food. Rooms were nicely presented.
If you' can't climb alot of stairs it shouldn't be your first choice. Otherwise fantastic hotel

The hotel is full of character in a great location. If you are lucky enough to have a room overlooking the harbour that is a bonus. I loved having my breakfast in their restaurant overlooking the bay.
I would have loved a kettle in my room.

The location is perfect, central to Old Town and overlooking the harbor. The staff(Efi and Augustin) were great, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was vast, varied, and delicious.
Nothing. The only thing people should be aware of is no elevator.

Well located on the harbour with restaurants and shopping all around. Easy 10/15 minute walk from the bus station. Very helpful staff and great breakfast with lots of variety served in the hotel’s restaurant on the waterfront. Easy walking also to Nea Chora Beach for swimming.
Nothing to complain about. As mentioned by others, there are a lot of stairs to the higher floors but staff were happy to carry our luggage. Worth it for the great views.

Location of the hotel was amazing and the breakfast was superb. Staff were particularly helpful and helped us with arranging our visit to walk the gorge, they helped us to find the information for the buses, ferry and also arranged for a packed lunch and breakfast. We definitely come back here again.
The only downside we experienced was that the room was on the third floor and the steps were very steep. On the plus side it was very quiet and we didn't hear any street noise. Also the view was superb.
