Amazing accommodation, location is superb, the owners are very friendly and helpful and will give you everything you need, the room had everything and was very nice and clean, this stay was truly amazing! If you are reading this and you still haven't booked, do it now you won't regret!

Good location and clean place.
They sent us a message the day before asking to cancel the reservation cause they didn't have place for us. Everything was fixed after talking with booking.com , but this things should not happen in a well organized hotel.

The rooms are very clean and cute. Wonderful bathroom/shower, and the AC worked great. The wifi was great.Overall, it is a great place to stay for a couple especially, also in a great location close to old town.
The TV remote didn't work all that well which was strange, but that was the only fault.

Great location facilities were perfect. We had our own sun deck just for room 5 which was lovely. The room was quiet. We thought it may to too small but was total fine.

The apartment is located at the old town, very close to the city center. The narrow streets are very beautiful. The apartment had a small fridge, a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, a balcony, and we were given clear instructions on how to do the check-in.
There was no warm water in the morning and one could hear everything going on in the staircase. Also the view was not as expected.

We booked a room just two hours in advance, but we could immediately check-in at 14h.
The room is small, but everything wasavailable and clean. The host responds fast and is very friendly and flexible. The location is just a two minute walk from the city center.
One minor disadvantage ( but is there in almost all pensions in Crete) is that there is not a screen between the shower and the toilet. Therefore, after showering everything is wet.
There is a small free parking space that the host recommends, but considering the many tourists (like us), it is likely there will be not spaces left. This hotel is also not wheelchair accessible or for people with reduced mobility.
However, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a short stay in chania.
If you need a restaurant recommendation: go to TO XANI Restaurant. The food is delicious and traditional.

It was better than what we expected. Really nice room with everything we needed. Excellent location. Very nice and kind host and personnel.
Only minus was hearing everyone when they were walking on the stairs or talking by the entrance. We stayed at the room in the first floor. Never happened late at night.

Loved the terrace….. had the top floor and great views…. Excellent location….. very clean and impressed with cleaning service everday.
Quite a difficult spiral staircase….. feel that this should be noted on the web….. if slightly physically impaired this could cause a problem.

Location and the staff, had a nice balcony on a warm street location.
The second and third floor were up a circular staircase which after day of walking was a challenge.
