Loved this boutique hotel in the middle of the Harbor area in Chania. It was close to everything, and the rooms were decorated so nicely and very comfy beds and the best pillows! The breakfast was very nice with incredibly friendly staff. I just loved everything about this hotel!
This has nothing to do with the hotel but trying to find parking was a bit confusing. I wish I had had a better map of where to find parking when we arrived. But we figured it out.

Wonderful hotel, at a very nice location of old town of Chania. Rooms are spacious , very clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. I would definitely choose this Hotel again , and for sure i would recommend it to my friends.

Location was excellent. Superior room was nice.
The hot breakfast was cold every morning. The stairs were quite steep. Didn’t suit a family member due to health issues. We had to change rooms as my family was on the second floor and couldn’t manage both flights of stairs. Deluxe room didn’t smell nice, strong smell of urine. We did mention this but not much was done about it as it didn’t go away.

Location, room, host.
Breakfast: orange juice seemed to be mixed in half with water yikes, the food is very average. I don't recommend ordering breakfasts here.

Great location, friendly and diligent staff, great breakfast
Room was not so quiet. It was located next to the closet where cleaning gear and supplies are kept. That meant some banging door noises in the morning. Room was also a few steps up from entrance door which would not always close fully and the automatic latch system would not catch and make loud clicking noise until someone (me) closed the door fully. This was most disruptive at night as you can imagine.

Location was good. The people at the reception were excellent!
The bed was uncomfortable and I couldn’t see well in the room bc it was so dark. The ladies in the breakfast area were quite abrupt, seemed annoyed when people came in. Because of the breakfast vibe, I ate each morning in my room which was not my experience in Chania the other times I vacationed there. Also, the breakfast was surprising, as the fruits are wonderful in Chania, yet they had canned fruit and only about 10 slices (for all of the people staying there) of watermelon or grapefruit each morning.

Comfy bed, lovely room, nice breakfast, great position, roof top area nice
No reception in hotel so had to keep going to nearby hotel to talk to reception with issues
Alarm in lobby kept going off, eventually found to be due someone pulling cord in a bathroom, although no notice for what cord was for (? mistaken for extractor)
No instructions for coffee machine and no milk sachets.
No cushions for loungers on balcony
Site suggested a 'spa' but no mention of this we could find
