Pleasant
We've been to more than 30 countries and stayed at many places, but this hotel was one of the cleanest we saw. Really appreciated that. Parking was provided, that is what we asked for anyways. The staff was welcoming, especially the woman working there was so pleasant and positive. It is nice to feel welcomed.
While we did like most of the staff, the younger guy was a little unpleasant. But the bigger problem were the beds that were quite uncomfortable and the fact that internet almost doesn't exist. This was very surprising, but we couldn't do anything online.
The outside of the hotel is renovated, maybe they can reconsider renoviation inside too. Even though it is very clean, the interior feels and looks very dated.

Disappointing
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. The exterior looks new and well-kept, which gives a good first impression. The bathroom was clearly renovated recently — modern, clean, and visually very nice.
Unfortunately, the interior of the room was quite old and really needs renovation. There was also a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which made the stay less enjoyable. The biggest issue was the bed — it wasn’t just hard, it was extremely old, and you could feel the metal wires underneath your back. I later noticed that many guests had mentioned this problem before, so it’s disappointing that it still hasn’t been addressed. Because of that, I didn’t manage to get a single night of good sleep.
The lighting setup was also frustrating: the small hallway light between the bed and the bathroom was connected to the bathroom light, so it was impossible to turn one on without the other. This meant waking up my partner every time I needed to use the bathroom at night because of the bright light.
Lastly, the Wi-Fi was very poor — around 3 Mbps — barely enough for simple browsing or messaging.
Advice to the hotel:
The location and exterior are great, but the rooms need attention. Please listen to guest feedback, especially about the beds, lighting, and Wi-Fi. With some updates, this place could easily become a much better experience for guests.

Great hotel in a perfect location, just steps from the beach, close to many restaurants and everything you might need. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and helpful, and late check-in was no problem. Excellent value for money!

Front of house staff were very friendly and kindly booked us a fantastic airport transfer taxi when we checked out.
Hotel sells cans of soft and alcoholic drinks in their fridge for very low prices (cans of ice tea, Fanta, etc, for only 1 euro each)!
Room was cleaned very well every day and we were presented with fresh towels each time. We had the option of a 'do not disturb' sign too.
Despite being close to the road and the beach, we were never disturbed by noise during the night.
Honestly no real complaints, really enjoyed my time here.
*Be prepared for a 20ish minute walk to get to the centre of town/the port. But if you go via the coastline and not through the streets it will be very pleasant each time.

We stayed there in Falassarna Hotel, and it was a very good option in consideration of the price and location (very close to the beach). The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed (it was basic, but good basic).

So close to the beach 2 min walk . Lots of nice little places to eat along the front we ate at the first fish one you come to which was great . Easy walk to the old town 10-15 mins . Also only around 30 mins to the airport which was our main reason for being this end of our stay and n Crete
Didn’t have a pool which was my mistake as my husband said it did as he saw some photos on the internet that showed one . So I booked without checking. Not the hotels fault

Close to the beach and a 15 to 20 minute walk to the centre.
I checked in and the young gentleman barely muttered 5 words to me.
He asked for identification and gave me the room number.
That was it.
Nothing else was exchanged.
No welcome whatsoever.
The room was full of mosquitoes so I went straight back down to tell him. I spotted a can of insect repellent so I asked for it and he gave it to me but told me to return it which I did.
It was a very cold experience.

Very good location, close to the beach and the city center (15 mins on foot); close by there are shops and bakeries.
There is a free of charge store where you can leave your luggage for the day of your departure. A very nice guy at the reception printed our boarding passes for us.
Daily cleaning.
One minus side for me was that there was no warm water in the shower in the mornings & there were only a few parking spots available that belong to the hotel (but you can park on the main street). Everything else was great.

Saveral beaches were nearby and were excellent. Many good restaurants and cafes are at the distance of 50 - 100m.
One can chose what he wants. The old town is 10-15 min walk from the hotel. We had a rented car, but did not use it during our stay. No need.
