Location could not be better, elegant lobby, hallways, and room; quaint balcony overlooking the port. Beautifully furnished and comfortable, with great lighting and closet space. Just perfect!
A desk lamp could have been nice, and a way to block out the external hotel lights. But it was not a big deal!

Our 5th Stay in this super Quaint stylish hotel that's perfectly located just off the main busy main seafront walkway and yet within one mins walk from the harbour front and all the shops you'd ever need to enjoy. The rooms are super clean and a bed so comfy to provide you the best nights sleep ever! What makes this complete for us is the wonderful buffet style breakfast that's included - Perfect!

Location was ideal a spectacular view of the old town Chania. Very much enjoyed the vibe a little noisy in the later part of the evening was manageable as chitters + windows kept the echo down.

This was the coziest stay of our vacation. Great location with a fantastic view. Comfortable beds, anything you may have forgotten to pack was provided in the room. The breakfast was outstanding! The staff went above and beyond to arrange for a private 6 hour tour. Highly recommend!

We walked to a partner hotel for an excellent breakfast. Our room was clean, warm , and with an excellent view.
All the staff were lovely.
Unfortunately the weather was very cold and constant rain. We were in a rooftop room. Only accessible by climbing 3 floors of stairs, ( no lift) then exiting to the cold outside roof, to find our room. Our room was lovely and cosy with a great view. It would be lovely in a different season.
The stairs would not be suitable for elderly or physically challenged people.

Beautiful room with a view over Chania harbour. Lovely receptionist who had organised us a breakfast box as we were leaving early the next day. Great recommendations for lunch and dinner.

It was very clean and comfortable. In the old town area plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. If you are light sleeper just know the area is a bit busy and loud even at night.
