the location is in the middle of very interesting old town of Chania
carrying luggages from the parking lot to the hotel. Luckily the hotel staff was very helpful

Great value for money! Huge rooms, super clean, great people!
It is something to note that there is no parking near the hotel. Its at least a 10 min walk if you are lucky and paid parking is expensive.
But it is right in the heart of the old town which is great!

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious on the cozy first floor. The place is centrally located and comfortable. There is a lively atmosphere around the hotel, and the balcony on the fifth floor offers a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Everything was excellent, but the refrigerator was a bit too loud, something is definitely wrong with it and it needs to be checked.

The position,next to everything,the staff always with a smile,kind and polite,hospitable ,the breakfast with local recipes and products ,the fact that it has an elevator (the only one in the old town)the view from the fifth floor!!
The elevator next to the apartment in the 5th floor is heard constantly inside the apartment until late at night
The window shutters are not renovated and cannot be handled

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and we had another excellent stay.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great.
The breakfast is great with a very nice dining area with a wrap around balcony if you wish to sit outside.
Everywhere is very clean.

The staff are wonderful, so friendly and always willing to help.
The breakfast is very good, with a variety of choices for everyone.
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable.

The location, the decor, the overall appearance.
The extras left for Valentine Day was a nice thought.
The breakfast was plenty of choice and was constantly being renewed.
Our aircon was not working correctly and it was cold outside. We reported it and within half an hour the mechanic came. It then worked for a couple of hours until we went out and obviously it went off. We couldn't get it warm again on getting back in.
We just went to bed and decided we were only staying the one night.

Location is perfect to enjoy the evening in the old town of Chania. Hotel is super clean and super comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and very well prepared in all areas, be it breakfast, reception, etc. You can really enjoy your holiday with nothing to worry about. Thanks
One thing: the light in the corridor at night should be turned off or operated with a sensor because it can be seen from under the door of my room and its quite bright. I had to put bath robe on the floor to block the light.

Everything was perfect!
It's just 2 min from the old port in a very quiet neighbourhood.
This hotel offers a fantastic stay. The rooms are thoughtfully prepared, with all the amenities you might need and a delightful balcony view.
Very spacious bathroom with rain shower, it was a little slippery in the shower so a hand rail would be good (for us eldery people!)
The cleanliness throughout the property is impressive, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, and the friendly staff make you feel right at home.
Highly recommended!

Perfect location for our purpose, in the heart of the old town surrounded by wonderful little souvenir shops but close enough to the main town. The picturesque and famous old harbour of Chania is just down the street from the hotel for either a stroll through the small old town alleys or for a meal or coffee throughout the day in one of the numerous cafe/restaurants in the port. A modern yet ‘home away from home’ feel throughout the hotel with lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Top floor harbour views absolutely breathtaking! Rooms, clean, well kept with comfortable beds. We’ll definitely be staying there again in the future.

The lady on the reception was friendly.the room clean and spacious. With windows facing the shopping stores.
The TV did not have the ability to show German channels or any foreign. The lady from the reception made sure that the technician came. I was only 2 nights there and the first evening I had to deal with receptionist than technician.The 2 evening I gave up as I was told it would work and I couldn't make it work I did not ask for further help. I rather wanted peace. I did not get any compensation or anything making me feel a bit better. As I travel alone and I pay for 2 which is common I expected to get my4 towels replaced as I needed it for some reason. But no I did not.
