My stay at Eleonoras was wonderful. My room was cleaned frequently and I was served delicious breakfasts. The location is close to anything you might need/want to see. She really goes the extra mile to make your stay pleasant!
The wifi signal was not strong in my room. You can hear loud music from the nearby restaurants but that was easily resolved with earplugs.

The most charming hotel room right in old town Chania. The breakfast Eleonora served was the best of our three week trip. It was delicious.
The bed was not comfortable. But the breakfast and location made up for it!

Sophia / the owner was great. She brought us such good breakfasts whenever we wanted them, keep a close look out on every detail, cleaned everyday, was so interesting to talk to, and such a hard worker! Location was exception. Great 3 days!

- the location
- the host was very friendly and welcoming
- she responded to our requests immediately
- the house is very authentic
- the place was renovated but some features need to be upgraded
- the shower was very small and needs to get a proper cabin. There was a weird combination of cabin and shower curtain.
- again, because of the weird distribution of space, it was kinda hard to sit on the toilet
- the air conditioner is rather loud and we had to use it to warm-up the room as it doesn't get natural light

Sofia was an excellent host; so friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were amazing. Great food and so much of it. It kept us going for most of the day! The beds were made, bins emptied, and the room tidied every day. On our last day, we returned from a day out to find some stuffed peppers, tomatoes and vine leaves. The apartment is really well situated, right in the heart of the old town but also very quiet.
We were a family of three and a little squashed.

The location in the old town is ideal for exploring on foot.
I would highly recommend this quaint property, which was ideal for a short break with a fabulous host!?

The host was extremely helpful. She would ensure we had all we needed by dropping by occasionally to ensure all our needs were met.
The homemade breakfast was delicious and more than enough food. One of our guest loved the chocolate croissants so much that Sofia brought her 3 for the next morning breakfast.
There was nothing I didn't like and if there had been I am sure Sofia would have corrected any issues

Very good old centrum apartmant. Of course is really old and you cannot expect to be something comfortable and amazing but its enough for 1night sleep and enjoyed beauty around there.
Free parking in TALOS SQUARE but you need lot of time to stay there and wait for parking spot.
My 2dogs was welcomed without problem and free of charge.
Amazing breakfast in morning from Sophia and we are very thankfull
Everything is old like in pictures (so dont except something new), matress is not comfortable and give pain to all body. Kitchen is enough to make hot tea or make something fast.

Historical apartment in the Old Venetian Quarter of Chania. Quiet and atmospheric. Free parking in the port nearby. Very nice owner who provided a generous breakfast free of charge.
Limited cooking facilities (few dishes and pots, only one working burner on stove, no condiments). Slightly musty smell in room, but this may be due to the fact that we stayed in the off-season when there were few tourists.
