Peaceful location but only 10 minutes from Old Town. Host, Kostas always available and very friendly. Good size apartment, with lounge/kitchen, shower room and good sized bedroom with comfy bed. Solar hot water could be boosted on cloudy days. Access very easy via phone call to host. Washing Machine very handy allowed us to travel light with minimal luggage (although the machine had a mind of its own on fast spin!) Bakery and supermarket nearby.

Excellent location—just a minute’s walk from everything: the beach, bakery, pharmacy, coffee shop, ATM, and restaurants. Only a 10-minute walk to the city center. Very convenient
Unfortunately, it was very noisy, and I never had the chance to enjoy a quiet morning in bed or a peaceful nap, as I came here to slow down and rest. The noise ranged from road work outside to a neighbor’s dog barking all day long, along with other guests slamming doors and the cleaner being extremely loud. On some unlucky mornings, all four noises occurred simultaneously.
There were times I had to leave the flat just when I wanted to relax in bed. It really affected the whole experience

The staff,Voula,was exceptionally helpful when I arrived.The accommodation was excellent,well furnished and decorated.Everything you needed.The location was only 100 metres from Nea Chora beach in Chania, really the best beach in town.The town centre was only about 12 minutes walk away.An ideal place to stay.

beautiful apartment, really clean and had everything you could need. There was no kettle but there was a filter coffee machine. The bathroom had a fabulous large shower.
Was a little far out from the old town, so was quite a long walk. We had to wait a while to be given key and then the lady that gave us it sat in our apartment for quite a while. She eventually said she was waiting for payment, which is CASH ONLY on arrival
We had no cash , therefore my partner had to go find a cash machine whilst she stayed in apartment with me!!! ( awkward)

A very beautiful and quiet spot. The flat is well equipped and lies very close to the beach and the promenade. Royla is the soul of the facility, a very gentle, lovely and cordial person ❤️
We have had a wonderful time, many, many thanks. For sure, we will return ☺️

Roula is a lovely lady who looked after us wonderfully. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean apartment. Shady outside area. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and tavernas. Lovely 20 min walk to the Venitian harbour.

This apartment is pretty big with everything you need. (iron, washing machine, hairdryer etc.... even an 'umbrella' for the beach). The bed is huge. Also there is a big terrace. The beach is 2 mins walk, the old town is about 10-15 mins walk but of course you can walk along the beach.
I think it is important to know that you can only pay by cash for the apartment in person.
Unfortunately, the towels were stained. We spent 3 night there but when we got new ones, they were stained too.
Except these, everything is fine!
