By the beach and a variety of restaurants. The breakfast was well stocked and the kitchen staff were very nice.
The room was very small and needed to be updated. It looked very tired. The towels we had when we first got there, were thin. They improved in quality after a few days.

We wish we would have known that there was a chance the balcony door was not closed on both sides. Also that the air doesn’t work if the balcony door wasn’t closed good.

Clean, quiet, and not too far from the old town (15 minute walk). Right on the water, nice beach, food/drinks were good. On site parking. Staff was very helpful with setting up day trips and giving advice.
Limited parking spots. No on site laundry/washers available.

Everyone in this hotel is so helpful knowledgeable and very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable there is a fridge and a small cooking area which was super helpful for breakfast especially for us. The bar staff is so nice and they make the very best mojito’s and Moscow mules, we had in Chania. They are very attentive to their guest. The food at the little restaurant there is fabulous there was nothing we ordered that was not good very generous almost too much but thankful for everything!
Our balcony faced west with is a beautiful view however when the sun comes around it is to hot to sit and enjoy it. We noticed some balconies have umbrellas to block the sun we did not. I would suggest they provide for all balconies especially to provide an umbrella for the balconies.

The location was right on the beach, which was perfect. We had a large room with a balcony overlooking the beach, and a jacuzzi on the balcony, all of which was great. Lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, Chania town a 20 minute walk, beaches in the other direction 20-30 minutes walk.
Snack bar, bar, supermarket all part of the hotel facicilites.
We could only have one key because the other one was needed to keep power running for the jacuzzi; maybe having a second key would have been useful.
The beach chairs in front of the hotel filled quickly, but lots of other places with sunbeds along the beach. There isn't much room to add more sunbeds, so I don't think they could do much about that.
