The room is lovely with extra goodies and in an excellent location. The contact was welcoming and very responsive.
Instructions for the AC would have been helpful. Note: the red light means it's on! We chose this room because we had a car, and the site said there was parking. The parking is public and very crowded (but it is close by), and we could not find parking there.

Everything was so great about this place! Great location, super clean, very comfortable. We loved the balcony that looked over the street. It was quiet at night but you were close to all the fun! Ariadne was super responsive to any question we had. Could come back again!

A lot of places are decorated and furnished with the mindset of checking off a box. Not this place. You can feel the love that has gone into it. This place is so nice I would live there

My wife and I adore Mrs Loumi who helped us so much and made our stay fabulous and was so kind. The room was very beautiful and made us feel like a French cottage and was so spacious.
The stairs were quite a challenge with luggage and not be that young.

Location was just perfect. Car parking was a short walk away and communication with our host Eva was excellent. Especially joyful was the lovely woman who cleaned our room … no English but her joy and helpfulness was a pleasure . I would highly recommend staying her and staying even longer than the 5 nights we did!

It felt like it had just been renovated and was done it a very high standard. Excellent facilities in the room, very clean, great Wi-Fi, comfy bed and fabulous balcony.
They organised a taxi for me from the airport to the hotel last minute which was very helpful.

Gorgeous bright Hamptons style apartment perfectly located in the Old Town of Chania and working walking distance to the waterfront, beach, cafes & restaurants, shopping & supermarket. Comfortable beds. Loved the balcony with a water view! Excellent communication from the host
After a long hot day of travel, complimentary water in the fridge would have been welcomed. Also having two keys would be beneficial so that if one person leaves the apartment, the lights and aircon can stay on.
