Wonderful place! Our room with balcony
overlooking the Venetian harbor was a delight. Staff is great! We parked our car with ease in their private lot.
Delicious breakfast.

Another lovely room in this historic and charming hotel. Owner and staff were all lovely.
Great place to come back to after a day of exploring. Rooms are well appointed and most comfortable. Delicious breakfast with great choices. We parked our rental car with ease-definitely a perk in Chania.
There wasn’t a thing I did not like.

The location, people, and room were all incredible. Truly the highlight of our trip to Greece. We could walk everywhere in old town! Also loved our spa experience.
Only small complaint - the shower in our room sprayed over the bathroom regardless of what angles we tried. To be expected in a renovated mansion :)

Casa Delfino is a charming boutique hotel with a lovely family history. The room was comfortable and the added service features, such as water, a few treats and turn down service added to its elegance. The breakfasts were the best we’ve had at a hotel, using family recipes and offering a wide selection. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering to help with reservations, transportation and recommendations on how to spend our limited time here. We will definitely recommend Casa Delfino to our friends and family.

Breakfast was lovely - excellent location! The rooftop bar has a beautiful view (though we were not able to order cocktails two out of the three times we tried due to staffing and rain). Overall the property is very clean. They read my review on Google maps and comped the drinks we were able to order.
The room was much smaller than depicted on this website. The shower stall was so small as to prevent women from being able to shave their legs without turning off the water. A large person would struggle not to hit their elbows as they turned around. Our room was on the third floor - no elevator. Definitely recommend the junior suite and not a classic room. We were told after posting a review on google that we could have changed rooms if we had asked. We arrived after 23 hours of travel, however, and did not have the energy to negotiate with the staff. Providing accurate photos allows travelers to make informed decisions ahead of time - we were on our honeymoon and definitely would have chosen an upgraded room if we knew how small the room would be. You cannot drive to this hotel - though they do have a golf cart that will take you to your car. Housekeeping entered the room while we were changing without knocking.

The building and the location are amazing. The staff is welcoming and the breakfast is varied and delicious. They have their own private parking which was helpful for us since finding parking in Chania Old Town can take a long time.
The smell. I am quite sensitive with smell, so maybe this didn’t help, but it would be good for them to use some sort of aromatherapy. It is a very old European building and it has a lot of stairs, which can be a bit challenging if you carry big suitcases.

This is an amazing property located right in the centre of the old town. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, with parking being so limited in the Chania old town having access to private parking was truly a luxury, especially since having a car to explore the area is a must. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The property is well maintained and located in old Harbour close to piaza talos. The bathroom is quite big with marble and has both shower and bath tub. If we would consider 5 star property i belive this is missing some of the 5 star facilities. I liked the view from the rooftop of the old Harbour and the relaxes atmosphere. Se
Unfortunately we booked a classic room that does not look like advertised and unfortunately the bed was 150 cm to small for 2 adults to sleep confortbable enough and pillows were hard. We were offered a better room instead the second day where we had a big enough bed and could rest properly for the remaining of the stay.

Excellent staff that always went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Beautiful and unique hotel in the historic part of Chania. Each room is lovely and unique and the location is perfect. This is my second time staying here!
