we stayed there for 4 nights and we couldn’t ask for a better hotel! 7 minutes walk to the old city, the staff were so welcoming and kind, very varied and delicious breakfast buffet! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a cute balcony. bonus: a very cute dog welcomed us every time in the lobby?
It's not something really serious, but the stream in the shower suddenly gets hot, then cold, then hot again, then cold again, and so on.

Ideal location off the main old town. Lovely clean hotel and great views from our balcony across the mountains.
Pretty limited breakfast and not much going on socially in the hotel but that's not why we were there. I thought the staff were friendly

A lovely hotel just outside Old Town Chania. Nice amenities.
Staff was not friendly whatsoever. I felt it was a huge effort for (3 reception staff members) them to muster even a fake smile. I wasn't made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside. Only spoken to with instructions..

The staff were wonderful. The breakfasts were excellent. The location was perfect.
The carpark was steep and very small. It's a bit stressful particularly when you have a rental.

Close to the old city.
Some times there was space for parking.
Good to know other parts of the city
Breakfast is very weak, missing a good coffee machine
The bathroom was really small.
When lack of availability to park within the hotel, you can spend up to 1h trying to find a space

Location was excellent. The free parking in the garage was a huge sense of relief. The free breakfast buffet was very tasty and good quality. The hotel dog Froso was my favorite part

We liked how nice and roomy the room was. We liked that there was free parking.
We stayed on the night before Easter, so there was a lot of fireworks and people talking all night, might have gotten 3 hours of sleep. Other than the no sleep the room was great.
