The apartment is located perfectly close to the beach and in walking distance from the old city, while it is placed in a quiet neighborhood. It is very clean and cosy, well equipped with everything you may need for preparing breakfast or a quick snack. There are mosquito nets on the windows and guests can use a washing machine. Maria is so friendly and helpful, we used a lot of her recommendations: from a nearby bakery to the beautiful gorge to hike, and a mountain tavern to eat. I want to highlight how every detail showed the owner's great taste and attention. She even provided extra towels for a beach - which is something not every hotel thinks about!

Our host Maria was the most hospitable and kind person who made us feel at home. As beautiful as Chania is, it wouldn't have been so special if not for her. The apartment is also very near the Nea Chora beach as well as the Old Venetian Port where we had a wonderful time swimming and enjoying local delicacies.
Prices are a bit high for us foreigners, but worth every cent.

Lovely property and very kind, friendly host. Location very good, away from busy town but very close to beach and close enough to walk to old town, bus station etc in just 15 mins flat walk. Shops, restaurants etc 5 mins walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, spacious, comfortable, very clean, well equipped apartment with all the kitchen utensils available. Maria is a super wonderful host, she also gave us all the needed tips and a jar of delicious home-made jam! The apartment is just 5min walk from the beach (with all the restaurants around) and from nearby supermarket. There is also a nice bakery/coffee shop (Maria recommended to us and it was great!), the main bus stop is just 15-20min walk. The city center is 20 min walk. Everything is very close by. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back here again!!! Thank you Maria :)

Amazing stay. Our host, Maria, was so welcoming. She explained everything and gave us great tips where to eat and what to do. Room was cozy and clean, beds very comfortable. It also has amazing location, very close to the beach maybe 1 min walking.

- Parking was easily found either in front of property or in surrounding area
- Close to clean beaches and beach side restaurants (5 mins walk - max)
- 20 minute walk to Old Town via beach promenade, 15 minutes if you cut through the town (don’t drive, parking is a nightmare there in the evening)
- Close to a couple of bakeries, ATM and small supermarket with a food market held every Thursday just out front
- Maria was absolutely lovely and provided us with an iron when asked - always available to assist and a very warm and welcoming host!
- Amenities generally very good - good air-con too.
- Room cleaned daily and fresh towels every other day
- beach Items available in main entrance for guests to borrow
- Shower cubicle was a little small for us at least
- Curtains could be a little more opaque as felt we needed blind down a lot of the day, particularly in the evening being on ground floor level

The hostess, Maria, was so helpful and nice! The room was very clean, super cosy and spacious. It takes around 10-15 minutes to all attractions in the center, but the nearest beach is so close that in the morning you can jump into a swimsuit and go for a swim before starting to explore beautiful Chania.
We liked everything! For the price you pay, it's a very good deal!

Everything! Starting with a very nice welcome from Rafaela and Maria. Also very nice was that there was a market in the street right in front of the door (on Thursdays). I immediately bought fresh local products, delicious and cheap. :) The apartment met all my wishes. It is also super conveniently located. Everything you need is close by, and the sea is just a stone's throw from the apartment. I also had very nice conversations with Maria. She is truly a people person, and will do everything in her power to assist you in having a pleasant stay. You know what they say about Greece; that it is a country of hospitable people, nothing is too much to ask, well Maria is the perfect example of that. And yes, I was also curious about Maria's homemade marmalada It was so delicious, I will come back just for that. :) And Maria, thanks again for the tip about the Greek school nearby, I will make use of it. See you next year.

The appartement is really close (80 m)to the beach, but not far from the city center. Maria was really helpful, even when we had an idea to call a taxi, she immadiately called a taxi company to ask for the prices, etc. We were given a map on which Maria noticed all the important places, restaurants, markets.
The dushcabine was a bit small (maybe in lieu of the existing curtain a glass / plastic wall would be more useful). A road is in the vicinity - by using an earplug we could sleep well. None of these were bothering, but you should know about these circumstances.

Loved the welcome, and especially the home made peach jam which was totally unexpected but a lovely tasty touch. For us the location was perfect - close to Alexandros language school. Very quiet, with nice little balcony.
