Everything was as expected, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean - up to par with the star rating. I would stay again.

-If you don't mind just standing on the balcony (since there were no chairs or table) there's a good urban view
When you pay 80 euros for a night's stay, you expect a comfortable, quiet, and clean room.
I got none of the above, and it pains me that Greek hospitality has come to this.
-The ventilation grills were filthy, and although I didn’t use the AC, I could feel dust in the air. It clearly takes a long period of neglect for things to reach this state, as shown in the photo.
-Soundproofing is not something this hotel is familiar with. Even with the window closed you could hear the plumbing, as well as constant noise from the very busy street outside.
-There were no chairs or even a table on the balcony, just an ashtray left on the floor. What is the point of advertising a balcony in that case?
-The floor was dirty, sticky in some areas, with sesame seeds left behind by the previous guest, and the baseboards looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months.
-The “mini bar” consisted of a sticky, dirty fridge (as shown in the photos), an electric kettle, and two glasses. I left a bottle of water in the fridge for four hours and it was still lukewarm. No tea, no coffee, not even a proper mug. Apparently 80 euros doesn’t cover that.
-The room was generally unkempt, with scuffs and stains on the walls. The bathroom tiles and the so-called “window” were in terrible condition.
I arrived at 2 a.m. after more than 12 hours of travel and had to leave again at 7 a.m. I considered asking for a room change, but the reality is that this wasn’t one or two minor issues. When a room is given to a customer, it means someone has checked it and approved it.
I could overlook badly fitted sheets, paper-thin pillows, the lack of outlets near the bed, even the outdated bathroom. I just needed a place to sleep and continue my trip. But this room reflects years of neglect. I spent four hours trying to sleep without success, as I had to keep the windows open just to get some clean air, and then I left.

Comfort , breakfast and the value of price
Fareaway wrom center, no parking, you have to make snikynes to find the free parking on tbe hotel parking place, so i did park private parking lot! Building its morethen 60years old litelbit dasty, dors to old you kan hire all convarsations of randum pasingers from the loby or from coridor passingers talk...no suficent acustic isolation! Tualet its super old, spiders, daty, formaly equipted with bathroom acsesories...no other comment its inaf!

Great location. Good value for money. Unable to adjust temperature. Had to open windows under noise rail system. Nice that it was close to rail. Quick trip to Plaka.

Breakfast was fantastic, had it every day. The food was always good with fresh fruit with enough variety to be able to try something different. The room was comfortable with good AC and WiFi. The private parking lot was really nice because street parking in Athens is always a mess. The hotel is further away from the city center, but we got on fine with taxis and the metro. The door always had a security guard out front that was comforting.
Bathroom is older but everything worked perfectly fine, only issue is if you're over 6ft tall you will probably find the shower on the small side.

The view from the balcony was ok.
Literally it says free parking but there is none. They say they can't make reservations to parking but nowhere does it state that you will be forced to search for more than an hour in the early am hours after a long trip for parking. The neighborhood is really second rate, the breakfast for a reason has bad taste and I really did not enjoy my stay there. No amenities, nothing fun to do, like bro how tf did you even get 4 stars? For what? For the non existent parking that can serve 20% of your visitors? For the bad breakfast? The small tv? The fact that we asked for a twin bed and got two singles and no prior notification based on availability? The non existent room service? For what did you get the five stars?

The picture shown on booking .com is not the same hotel ,breakfast same everyday,staff at reception rude knows nothing when asked,room not cleaned I ended going to complain,never again in Greece ,I told my friends ,colleagues that they must never go to Greece ,I felt my money wasted and bed not comfortable room small unlike 4 star hotel as advertised but Booking .com you advertise dirty,filthy not standardized hotel never again

Very small shower case (about 2 feet by 2 feet with a plastic curtain on two sides. Water is very easy to go out and make the bathroom very messy.
One old male front desk staff was very rude to customers.
